The quality of this case is garbage. I literary put my 16 inch laptop inside this case and carried it for 15 minutes and the handle broke. I tried to get a replacement from their warranty and I was given the run around with them guaranteeing me a replacement and all I had to due was wait for their new shippment that supposedly fixed the issue. The day that I was told to contact them back I was told they cannot help me because they no longer deal with bestbuy. So this company stole my money and refused to honor their lifetime warranty. I get a email stating that they would send me a new bag but they gave me a fake order number and tracking number that does not exist. Bestbuy says they cannot do anything because it was bought from a third party seller that was sold by bestbuy. So how is it that best buy cannot replace my money or send me a compareable replacement? Just plain horrible, where's my help from best buy when I need them? Don't you think your partly responsible for products that are sold on your websites?
