I am impressed with the incredible protection this case has! It's easy to put on and has a nice fit around my phone! The case is made with quality material and is very durable! I am still able to access the volume, camera, touch screen, speaker, microphone, and controls! They have gone above and beyond customer satisfaction!

Been better if it was easier to open or had instructions on the package on how to open to get the phone in. And if it wasn't made in China.

I ordered this new phone case online for my Samsung A20. The photos were completely misleading. When I received it (from UPS) I was immediately disappointed. The clear part that goes over the front (and back) of the smartphone is made of very flimsy plastic. I didn't even bother to use it. I'm exchanging it in favor of a more substantial case plus a tempered glass cover. Not recommending the SaharaCase. Incidentally, I tried uploading a photo numerous times, but was unsuccessful.

My new phone case arrived today and I was very disappointed. It would've been acceptable except the back cover was extremely scratched and dimpled. The packaging was intact so it wasn't damaged during shipment. My guess is that it was assembled with defective plastic from the start. Whoever assembled it didn't care about quality because the damage is too obvious to miss. It's cheap junk from China sold at a premium price. I'll be returning it to Best Buy tomorrow.

Easy to install and perfectly fits Samsung Galaxy A20 I purchased on MetroPCS .Protects the phone from scratches and breaks.All the connectors for volume up/down ,audio , USB connector,camera are placed perfectly.

i absolutely love this case it saved my phone so .On the fourth of july i was lightning fireworks and i jumped back and my phone fell out of my pocket on concrete with any other case the phone world of been destroyed but this fantastic case kept my phone working in tip top shape i am so happy i found it .This case looks fantastic and works well high quality performance with low cost

I needed a case that fully encased my phone because I drop things a lot and this one works out really well for me. It's good enough quality for what I need it for.

This is a nice basic case to have, if you just want something to protect your phone.

Its a good case but the plastic on the front will eventually get very scratched.
