I had so many issues with mic placement until I got this thing. The price was reasonable and it’s very sturdy. I have 2 different mics and they both work just fine with this. I’ve had it for a month or so now and no issues.

Perfect, amazing value for the quality of materials, desk will fail before this product. It comes with cable ties, and the vice has a huge range. It took my mic OFF of my setup so I’m happy. Worked wwell with plastic table.

Fast and easy to setup and it is eays to use and it is durable

I was looking for a boom arm that would be compatible with my Samson Q2U microphone, so I was very pleased to discover this was compatible. My only issues so far were that I had to refer to social media reviews to confirm this works with the Q2U, and it took me a hot minute to realize it connects to the Q2U via the microphone's included tripod, as there was no documentation included with the arm.

Paying around $80 for a boom arm was acceptable to me because it was available physically in store and would get the job done. But considering that this a pretty simple component, I didn't feel impressed by the price, either. The Boom Arm does not come with the adapter you likely will need if you intend to use it with a typical desktop microphone. Many such microphones come with such an adapter supplied, so no big deal - but if you don't have the adapter it could mean needing to buy a second piece to make it work. Overall perfectly functional, easy to put together, and works well to mount on a desk or table - big help with eliminating feedback caused by hitting the table while recording.

Use this, screwed into the top of my crappy ikea desk, to hold my HyperX Quadcast mic. I have never used a mic arm before so it confused me for a few minutes. But now it has been a month or so, I am glad I got this. It IS a bit stiff when trying to collapse down after use, but that can be solved with some WD-40 or just regular use to get it loosened but a bit. GREAT BUY

Awesome mic arm. I am using a Heavier mic (Rode Pod Mic) and it’s really sturdy and stays exactly where you put it, and could support even heavier mics if needed. I’d recommend for the 60 dollar price point.

Took 5 minutes to set up and it’s very stable I hang my headphones on it and I’m done gaming it’s working every penny. Also it has velcro straps so you can hold your wire from the microphone.

If I’m being honest, I didn’t really like this product. It would squeak, it was a little lop sided and it just took up a lot of room, not much movement either. It’s sturdier than most of the other cheap boom arms. If you want a cleaner gaming setup, i would recommend a low profile boom arms, there is way positions it offers, and it looks cleaner. Yes, they are more expensive, but i promise you it’s worth it
