I recently got this backpack because I am an avid traveler and I needed a backpack with a band on the back to attach it to my carry-on luggage. Is it the perfect size, not too big or too small. I used it on my last trip during Spring Break.

The bag has less storage space than expected, and the zipper is defective. It opens even when it's supposed to be closed.

Zipper is defective. Please return the money or replaceit with good one.
