As a commuter, I needed a smaller backpack that fit my laptop and basic needs. However, I was pleasantly surprised with all the room it has and useful pockets. I can comfortably fit my smaller containers for breakfast and lunch. Although, I replaced my lunch container for something that would fit in this bag. It works perfectly! The straps are comfortable and the separate zipper for my laptop is super useful. I'm also no lo longer hitting people on the bus like I used to with my bulky backpack haha I love it!

I bought this to use macbook pro 16. Without case, it is okay but with case of macbook, it was not fit. That was why I returned it. However, except that, everything is great!!
