Samsonite - Ecodiver Backpack - Yellow

Sometimes looks can be deceiving. Saw this in the store and thought it looked awesome & would be perfect for travel & hikes. Plus a good brand. Am disappointed. The good: TONS of space, lots of interior pockets and dividers Seems sturdy -- almost too sturdy Waterproof EXTREMELY lightweight for the size Awesome looking -- will never lose me or it Secure bottle holder (was important for me) BUT...the bad (which is quite a bit longer): It's a darn uncomfortable bag (for me) -- I can't get it "just right" and it really needs a dedicated hip belt When only lightly packed, the rear lumbar support extends too far and chafes my arms -- a big downer -- BUT, when packed heavily, the outside of the bag dips BELOW the lumbar support and starts chafing my lower back -- a "can't win" kind of situation. Doesn't stand upright -- needs a wall to prevent it from falling over. Had bags like this before and it's a PITA. It's weirdly stiff & bulky -- like unnaturally -- and doesn't really reshape or squeeze into tight spaces Zippers are stiff, which is good for security but bad for everything else. Bottle holder is awkward and unforgiving with size Overall, this bag needs a few more tweaks by Samsonite to get the design/execution just right. It's got potential and might fit someone else better, but it has a lot of faults which, for the price, shouldn't be there. I'm still going to give it a few more tries to see if it loosens up at all, but I'm not feeling optimistic this bag is going to work out.

I loved this bag as soon as i saw it i picked it and it was so sturdy and water proof already started using it from 3 months very comforable when you wear it with laptops in it and its pretty balanced bag.The quality that samsonite uses is always the best.If you like odd colors then yellow will be the best of your choice.Will certainly recommend this product to my friends and family.Best buy has the best deals all the time and the purchase was quick and easy.

I bought this for my wife. This bag is fantastic. My wife doesn’t carry a laptop. She uses it for her IPad, Kindle and anything else needed for a trip outside the house. This bag is made well and light for carrying. The color will make it easier for me to find her in a crowd and while on vacation. This will be the backpack of choice for her on our cruises and vacations. I was hoping to find the exact same backpack in a different color with no luck. I would definitely have bought one for me if they had one in a different color.

Has held up very well. Very durable. Right size. I have a tendency to over pack. This is perfectly sized to carry everything that I need and should have with me but small enough to keep me from carrying too much weight. Very well balanced and straps make carrying very comfortable.
