Luggage is fine, customer service is poor. Best Buy has a restrictive return policy, buyer beware. While everyone else has Christmas returns through the end of January, not Best Buy, it's the 15th. Even corporate customer service was unwilling to do anything even though we also bought more than $3,000 of other merchandise.

Finest luggage I’ve owned. Sturdy strong and easy to use. I will stick with Samsonite. I ordered NOBL AND IT NEVER CAME. Thanks Best Buy.

The corner edges pull up but not enough to get anything out of the case or even see inside. i really like the single lever closing latch. Otherwise standard hard shell.
