Wrong color item sent. Marketplace seller was horrible. Correspondence wasn't even in complete sentences and was a day or more between responses. They would not send the correct item so I had to buy product from from another store and pay express shipping because it took so long for seller to actually tell me they would not send a replacement. I had to drop off item at FedEx to be shipped back, wait for seller to inspect the incorrect item condition before issuing a refund, then wait for refund to be credited back to my credit card. Don't buy from BestBuy Marketplace, it definitely is not like Amazon!

First, this suitcase is a five-star product. It's great and I travel frequently. However, it arrived locked with the instructions on how to set up the lock for the first time locked inside the bag and the combination moved from the original setting. Sometime on Samsonite website and assuming it had been poorly handled but the initial starting combination had not actually been changed yet and then back to Samsonite website to find the deceptively placed lock trigger and then it was useable. A pretty silly hassle.
