I didn’t know what to expect when received I this microwave. I figured it’d be a nice upgrade to the one I was currently using. That one wasn’t very powerful, but it served its purpose. Items that use to take me 2-4 minutes to heat up now only take half the time. I’m pleasantly surprised at all the functionality that’s been packed into this thing. The touch display is pretty responsive. I do miss having the option of programing the cook time with a number keypad but it’s something I’ve gotten use to over the course of using it. Never would I have thought I’d be able not only grill indoors but, in my microwave no less. Clean up is a lot simpler as well. Spills wipe right off of the ceramic interior. This is my first experience using a Samsung appliance and I’m happy to say its been a great one so far!

The microwave came broken. The door closes with problem.The microwave it's uneven.

Nice compact size and easy to clean. I use grill portion just to brown top of food. Using micro and grill at the same time takes to long.

Excellent performance so far. The controls are somewhat complicated to follow (there's a long list of settings inside the door), and the manual is very skimpy. But it cooks well.

This fit perfectly in our little cubby above the oven! Sleek look and love the black stainless steel pairs well with our new fridge.

Pretty neat microwave, I have not used the grill function at the moment. Reason for deducting a star, when opening the door, there is a certain position (when you open the door slowly) when the microwave seem to come on - the fan, lights etc I do not have any device to measure if microwave is actually on when the door is slightly ajar, work around is to yank it open quickly. Other than that, the food is evenly heated up, it takes a little longer to heat up than the microwave it replaced. (It is slightly smaller than the microwave it replaced) Overall a decent microwave that did its job and look nice.

My wife loves the fact that it does not show any fingerperints. It is simple to use. One annoyance- can only set it in time increments of 10 or 30 seconds, can't enter a number of minutes/ seconds like 4 minutes and 25 seconds, or just 25 seconds. It takes getting used to system, but then it seems simple

I love, love, love this microwave/grill...I was hesitant to buy it at first - did I say I love it!!! Heats fast, grilling feature is wonderful, grilled steaks and made bake potatoes at the same time!!! Very happy with the purchase

Great lil microwave. We've got it in the pantry and limited in size, but this thing crushes it. The glass front buttons are slick and should significantly outlast the 90's-style bubble buttons that most have. Interior looks cool and easy clean. Winner.

I love that this microwave has so many features on top of the grilling feature. I was luck and was able to score this microwave on sale as an open box item at my local best buy. Can't wait to see everything that this bad boy can do.

This medium size microwave does it all. It has whistles for its bells. We could not be happier with the price and features.

Have had this microwave for quite sometime. Have loved it. There is a easy 10 sec start that my roommate figured out after having it for over a year. Only thing that is weird is not having numbers on it. Yave used some of the features on it and have really liked the different cooling options on it. It has been a amzing addition to my home.
