We have been using our actual oven far less now since we purchased this microwave/convection oven. This has become more like a second oven for preparing sides in addition to the main Entrée in the range oven. Fantastic addition to our newly renovated kitchen. Save the money on buying a dual oven range and get this instead. It's a must have!

I Love this Oven...err Microwave! I hate the blue LED lights but they are growing on me. I have used this for my family of 3 and its working well! QUIET! Only 1 month in and 1 error code that occurred at high temperature... So I will update in 2 months. This is my first rating of a product.

Simple to install. Simple to use. The convection portion of it is suitable for a toaster oven replacement. So if you have limited counter space or just don't want a multitude of devices sitting around I would recommend giving this a look. But be warned, I had problems with delivery... When the 1st unit was delivered the box was in poor condition and the unit was damage. When the second unit was delivered the fan for the convection oven would not turn... I simply removed the cover and adjusted the fan.... Both issues I would attribute to shipping (UPS) and the not manufacture.

I have always have great performance from all of my Samsung products, and I currently have a Samsung gas stove, french door refrigerator, and this convection microwave. Have had 3 prior Samsung microwaves (not convection), and they have all been workhorses. I did a lot of research prior to buying, and I love all the features of this microwave. However, I'm not happy with this product because it cracks all my glass baking dishes! These are expensive glass casseroles, loaf pans, and 13"x9"x4" pans specifically designed to go from freezer to microwave to oven, and I have used them all for a couple of years, including with my prior Samsung microwaves. It took me a long time to find dishes this big, and I've searched in-sore and on-line and cannot find replacements at any price. I will be contacting the manufacturer.

We (my wife) wanted a convection microwave since the traditional one changes the composition of food. This one can bake, broil, and use dry heat (convection) in addition to the microwave. It's like an extra oven. Nice light underneath, dial timers, user friendly blah blah blah. We like it after a month. Stainless steel adds to the kitchen decor. Have not fried anything but won't need that feature that often.

My wife loves the convection oven feature. Takes some time to get used to the menu + dial + select feature, but after a few times and mistakes, you own it.. Keep the users manual around, or download it if you lost it. It takes you through many pre-programmed processes that sequence the microwave and convection oven features automatically. (Like thaw, microwave, and bake or broil.) Find what you want to do, what you are starting with, then dial it up and start. We have had no trouble with it's performance and quality. Good investment.

We have had it installed for a little over 3 weeks. It is throwing a TE error that means that the touch panel is bad and needs to be replaced. We bought it with the extended warranty through geeksquad so geeksquad is coming out next week to replace the touch panel. We went with this because it matched the electric range (which we love by the way), but there are clearly some issues with this appliance. Make sure you buy the extended warranty so you are protected. We also considered the whirlpool convection microwave; hind site we probably should have went with that one.

I love the versatility of this microwave. I use all elements of this appliance, even the fit fry feature. It is absolutely awesome for pizza with the rotating plate. I love how even everything cooks. The unit is very easy to use. The only thing I can find as a drawback is the thinness of the metal around the door. We installed the microwave ourselves and ended denting the edge of the door. Also the trim on the door did not line up exactly.

I've had ge,and whirlpool before and they always break down. GE profile had three things break at once. Samsung so far has had no issues. Looks great and easy to use

Great Convection Microwave. Very easy to use. You will need to use the cooking guide to make use of all the preset settings but once you learn them it is a snap. Cooks the food fast and evenly.

Love the microwave with all of the baking features. We reheated, get this, fried catfish with the bake function and the coating remained fairly crispy. You know you'll never get that with a traditional microwave. And I was a little skeptical about the knob for time and power but it has turned out to be a non-issue. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that the door is slightly crooked and it can't be adjusted (not super noticeable but I see it and it makes me a little crazy).

An amazing machine. I can microwave, air fry and bake using this machine. It was very handy having a second oven over the holidays. Very user friendly.

I wanted a microwave that also was a convection, and choose this one because of its "Slim Fry" feature, which promised to let you microwave items like french fries and chicken nuggets, and they would turn out crisp without needing to use any oil. This feature hasn't worked quite as well as I hoped, but its still better results than you'd get from a regular microwave.

We have used this microwave/convection oven everyday during the past holiday season without a problem. It has prepared food correctly, defrosted and baked items and is very simple to use.

I bought to use convection option for Thankgiving, but never used that selection. i have used the remaining other options. I have been completely satisfied with how elegant, simple and classy the piece is. Would give a five if I had used the convection and that selection worked to my satisfaction!

I have been using this microwave for a month and have cooked everything from popcorn to roasting a chicken and baking cakes. The unit has performed flawlessly. The speed cook feature combines microwave and convection heat to cook the food in a fraction of the time it would take in a regular oven and the food comes out tender and juicy. I'm also saving money on my electric bill because I don't have to heat up the kitchen by using my regular oven

So far we have used just the basic re-heat options. The other microwave and convection options will take a longer learning curve to master. The oven looks great and its turn dial cooking timer is unique. We are anxious to try roasting in our new oven.
