A Long Journey to a Samsung tablet

This process started months ago. Best Buy would have the Samsung Galaxy Tab Active Pro 10.1 in stock then out of stock frequently. It was out of stock for months. That forced me to order from Samsung Business. That turned into a nightmare, with the ship date being pushed more than 6 times. I needed this thing for an out-of-country trip. Then, like a gift from Heaven, Best Buy had them back in stock! And on Sale! And with price-match, I got it for over $200 less than the sorry Samsung Business (BTW, they did nothing to either remedy or even give me any type of confidence - I realize this was a one (1) unit sale, but their ineptitude has caused me to sever any future business with Samsung Business). Anyway, I couldn't be more happier with the purchase. The only, and I mean only detractor or negative is that this ruggedized tablet is heavy, due to the larger battery. Small sacrifice for a great tab!

The weight is heavy. Had to get attachment to hold the tablet while typing.
