If you need a laptop that really doesn't need to do much except use the internet and some basic school / entertainment things, this is it. I've had this for about 12 hours now and I'm satisfied. I bought it on Thanksgiving '17 when it was $100 and it was delivered the following Monday. I got it for the sole intention of just internet and my ASL interpreting classes where the majority of homework is piggybacked off Google docs anyways. There was a Google app update where I was surprised to find I could also download some apps I heavily use on my phone on this. IE a way to use that Netflix download feature for offline viewing and same with some reading apps like Comixology I prefer a using with a bigger screen. The only software glitch I've encountered so far is the Nook app. It keeps crashing on me which is actually frustrating because it tends to be my default epub and PDF reader. The other thing that bugs me is the charger. Everything about this screams minimalist... until you get to the wall adapter end of the chord. 4.5ish for my personal preferences but 5 for over all use and price.

I have the 4GB version and overall it works pretty well. I'll admit that some flash/content heavy websites such as "irionicall" the best buy or lowes home sites take a few seconds to pause/load. Overall this is very fast though. Pros: 1. Small, sleek, fast to just pickup and use 2. Chrome OS runs smooth, hiccup free for the most part 3. 100 dollar price Cons: 1. Keyboard size is somewhat trying since its such a small device. This isn't really a knock though but the keys could feel a bit better 2. The power cord the way it plugs in seems like a cheap flimsy old flip phone from the 90s. No magnets or anything fancy. It seems like every time i stick it in to charge it never goes in flush and might not stand the test of time 3. Sometimes you feel like your on a kids toy

Purchased for my kids for school work, perfect starter, good battery and speed with google. No touch but that is not what this was bought for. Great price point at $99 black friday sales.

I bought this for my 6th grader. It’s perfect for her assignments. It’s small, lightweight, runs very well and exactly what we needed. My daughter absolutely loves it.

I love my computer laptop it's very Compact and easy-to-use setup was very easy it's WiFi it's thin and Sleek if it's right under my television I actually plug up to my television and use the HDMI to watch movies directly from my tab on laptop and it is awesome I recommend it for anyone who always do is on the go but likes to have business to go without carrying a large briefcase or laptop bag is compatible and it does everything that I needed to do.

Great price , easy to use and light weight. And Bluetooth ready.

I am so happy I was able to get this laptop online Thanksgiving morning. It is such a great, basic laptop. I already have a Chromebook and love the way work. When it comes to searching the internet, email, and shopping they work great. My kids use it for websites, and games and it handles them great too. Happy with my purchase.

I was very content with the previous model but this new one is much better by far. Samsung definitely upped their game on the look, the weight, the battery life, and the processor. I highly recommend this for students or anyone that enjoys streaming, surfing, or Social media. I would absolutely swipe right on this Chromebook.

Got this Samsung during the pre Black Friday sale. I simply can’t believe that for just over $100 I got such a great laptop. Was worried about the 2 gb memory but it works fine with no apparent lags. Haven’t downloaded or run many apps but multiple window browsing is fine. Very light and seems well made. Great deal.

This is a perfect chromebook for my son. He is able to use this for his Robotics club and enjoys the speed for web surfing. He doesn't play intense games but the gaming he does this works great for him. Very lightweight and easy to carry around too.

Bought this as a gift because I love using mine so much. I check emails, surf the net, read from ebooks and watch Netflix and Verizon movies on it when I'm out. It doesn't have a hard drive so I use my desktop for anything I need to save.

This laptop is so small but perfect for little fingers. My children are learning how to type and starting to learn how to do internet research, and this is the perfect laptop for them. Lightweight and inexpensive. It was hard for me adapting to it. One, because of its size and two because it isn't as easy to use. It is incredibly basic...good for using the internet and saving things via the google cloud drive which can make some things easier, like the need for downloading a lot of programs.

My children recently started middle school an needed access to a computer for homework and studying. The chrome book was perfect. Affordable an does everything they need.

Very solid construction. I got it for travel, If something happens, you are only out $99. Most people can do 99% of what they need to do on a chromebook especially while traveling.

Got this for hubby to keep up with his Fantasy Football. He loves it. Great sound, easy to setup, and great speed. Can't believe we waited this long to join the Chromebook world.

very minimum, very light, very fast. There was not enough information to add Japanese language key board, and Sumsung customer service chat was not good help, but I could find the answer on line.

For as small as this laptop is it has a great screen and is also compact enough to just kinda take around with you everywhere and fit into smaller packed areas.

My kid is using Chromebook at school. Kid doesn't like my heavy laptop or unfamiliar Mac interface. This is light weighted and perfect for online homework.
