I have used this microwave now for about a month. It is simple to use. It has a very slick design and looks beautifully on the kitchen. It has more interior space than the previous microwave which is something I love. So far the food seems to be cooked evenly. Just make sure you cover your food to avoid getting the grill dirty. The only CON I have found is that the door is too big so I need to get used to open a wider door. Still I love it.

Hi CarlosB. I'm delighted to hear that this microwave has been such a welcomed addition to your kitchen. Thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Lo
Door seems really wide when opening/closing. There are so many functions to learn but no manual provided to help guide you. Makes me kind of lost and stumbling on the new things I can do with this microwave. Im not a big fan of the removable rack used for grilling. However, installation is very easy.

So far so good, looks great, different features, beside microwave, grill, lots of different way to cook.

This microwave is also a power grill. It came with the typical rotating dish and a ceramic dish perfect for grilling. I have to admit I haven’t tried grilling anything yet and i’m disappointed a cooking guide didn’t come with it but I plan on figuring it out and hope it will be great!

Looks great and was easy to install. Instructions on the unit display are good to refresh your memory of what steps to take while operating the microwave. I just wish it came with a user's manual.

I have several complaints about this micro wave: 1-It is not level. It is lower in the front 2- The door swings out to the left. I either have to hold on to the door or step back so it doesn’t hit me. 3-It also shuts down if I follow directions on what I am cooking if it takes 5 minutes at full power as the instructions say to cook that long at full power. It shuts everything off including the lights and digital panel. 4- After about one to two hours it comes back on. I have to reset the clock.

I replaced a 26 year old microwave with this one and am very pleased. The included templates were very easy to use to mark the hole locations to hang the brackets, making the install very easy. It looks great and has been very easy to learn to use. I have not needed the grill portion yet, but expect it will work perfectly.

Overall the microwave is huge and cooks stuff so the basics are covered. Many people (myself included) find the buttons hard to press. It doesn't seem to be a pressure thing as much as a contact. You need to press with enough skin contact but not linger too long. After a while you get the hang of it but pushing a button shouldn't be something you have to learn the knack of. The biggest issue I have is that for some reason the number 7 will be pushed. In fact shortly after it was installed by BB we had this replace it because of the phantom 7's popping up but the new one has the same issue. There are mornings when I walk in and there on the screen is 77:77. It's mostly a pain when you expect to use the clock on the microwave since almost always all that is displayed is :07 then a message saying to press start. Both aren't huge issues but for a microwave that is around $400 I think it's unexceptionable. Still a good one but Samsung should fix these issues if they want to provide people an excellent experience.

It looks beautiful but has flaws with the door handle. The inside part of the door handle is made of plastic which broke one time and we had to replace handle. It broke the second time and this time the plastic melted because the microwave is too far out and the heat from the stove melted the plastic part. So I would not recommend this microwave. Since we can’t replace the handle and now we have to buy a new one all together.

Love the grill feature. I love crispy pizza and this does the job! The microwave is spacious and has tons of features.

At first i wasn't sure about the grill feature but as time goes along i like it a lot. i wouldn't consider it a replacement for a broiler but it is a definite upgrade when cooking frozen burritos or mini pizzas. Rest of microwave performs much as you would expect/want. Many nice presets. Fan and light are powerful enough. Touch surface can be a little finicky.

Very difficult to install with paper layovers. It's a very basic microwave with added feature of PowerGrill. Have not used grill option yet but looks interesting. Expected more features such as auto night light or easier controls to control fan speed (Have to cycle through one by one). But it does what it was supposed to do. Lower LCD light is nice and bright when using range. Pros: Large interior, PowerGrill option, lower LCD light. Cons: Very basic, Hard to install.

It is a full featured microwave with a browning element to boot. So far it works well. The light is actually bright enough to be useable. The only drawback is getting used to the light touch buttons. I figure it is just a learning curve thing. Worth the price.

First off the cooking seems to be great. The look is beautiful and the internal size is huge. So far I have only two complaints. One when the timer cooking is done it only gives one series of beeps and then no further reminder beeps. It would be nice if it gave a little chirp everyone few seconds or so until the door was opened. The second one (and the most major I feel) is that you have to push really hard on the buttons that are on the glass. The first one delivered had a ding so it was replaced and both of them are that way so I don't think I just got a bad one. You shouldn't have to bear down on a button to get it to engage. Over all I think it was a good purchase and it looks great with the Samsung stove.

Looks really great in our kitchen. Love the Black Stainless Steel. Easy to clean still have not tried the Grill feature but unit is user friendly.

I was so excited to purchases this microwave because of the grill feature. However, it comes without a manual and the online manual does not really give good directions for using this feature. Very disappointing. Additionally, the microwave seems to have some type of bug that causes it to beep and display 7s sporadically. We've already had the door replaced once because it was determined that there was a problem with the main board. It is starting to happen again.

This microwave replaced a 3 year old Kitchenaid with a convection option. This Samsung does not feel as sturdy as the Kitchenaid one, but it does seem to microwave things ok. After about a week, the door started to make a scraping noise on itself. I don't like the fact that Samsung does not include an instruction booklet on how to cook different items. Since it has a grill option, it would be nice to have more explanation/instruction.
