After waiting months for delivery (not Best Buy issues, but supply chain issue) this finally arrived. I live in a condo and decided to turn a closet into a laundry area. The machine fits great and you can load a lot more clothes in it than I anticipated. I would say 1-2 peoples week of laundry in a load depending on the season. You’re also able to wash a load of towels and/or sheets. Definitely not built to take a comforter, which this is space saving so did not expect it to. The washer is fairly quiet, the loudest part I think is the water filling the tub and rinsing clicks. The washer does not jump across the floor a whole lot, but initially moved even with the pairing dryer stacked. I found the cheap plastic washer pans you get at your local hardware stores contribute greatly to washer jumping, so I tried a more expensive metal one from Killarney Metals (they have a bargain buy section got a great deal on one!) and placed a mat between the metal pan and washer and dryer stack. Machines do not jump one bit now and it looks good. Overall, I have not had an issue with this washer and owned it for 7 months now. The clothes come out clean and almost dry on medium spin. I can’t comment on the water reservoir as I run the drain hose into piping. However, being provided with both options to dispose of water is great. So for people who can’t connect to plumbing this is a great washer to purchase. The cycle times I feel are good enough and the machine uses very little water, but produces clean clothes, sheets, and towels each time. The only complaint I have, which is not a big one is the detergent compartment I find just a little shallow so I have to be very careful when pouring things in. Also, my machine came with a dent in the plastic bubble area of the door. This was clearly a manufacture issue as I watched the Best Buy delivery guys unpack the unit and bring it in. However, Best Buy made good on the issue and provided me with a gift card as an apology.

Love the product so fair. Work great, quiet and fit perfect in a small place. It's compact but can wash and dry a regular load.

A small, compact washer that works like a large, high capacity washer. Very quiet and sturdy. I have a very small space for a washer/dryer hook up and the Samsung compact washer and dryer combo work perfectly in the small space and work efficiently and quietly.

Have had about a month and am pleasantly surprised. I really didn’t think it would hold as much as it does. Like all the different cycles it offers.

My wife loves this washer! The stackable washer and companion dryer fit in a 3 foot x 4.5 foot closet. Perfect for small to medium loads. Fairly quiet and has many wash options.

Great for its size. Lots of preset cycles and manual control. Bought 1 for my small place and 1 for a rental property.

This was the necessary size for a small space. Lots of features and we love the look. The only downside is the size of loads it holds. Still love this machine.

It puts in sufficient water, many don't!' The machine has performed well so far, only owned it 5 weeks.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Best Buy has been great but Samsung products are garbage! I’ve had nothing but issues and replacements since I bought this set in November 2022 and now after Samsung no longer has the parts available, I’m receiving a refund July 2023! I will never purchase another Samsung appliance or product.

Very well built washer, it needs to be 100% level but if you do you’ll be rewaded with a extreamly quiet washer

It is a good washer but my 1st one that was delivered, there was part hanging inside at the back that made loud noice. The Replacement was quick but the delivery made the top of my washer bowed down. Though it works pretty good. I just don't like how they handled when it was delivered to me.

I bought this dryer because of its size.I like it.

It’s quiet. It balances well in the spin. It holds a lot of laundry for its compact size. It fits well under the countertop—in the kitchen. Does a nice job cleaning clothes. Very impressed. It’s like a small version of our Samsung 7500 set that’s out in the garage. Recommended!

I returned this compact washer/dryer set NOT because they're poor performing, but mainly because you do indeed pay a higher price for things like lots of extra settings; a song played at the end of a cycle (vs. just a beep or buzz); and for how compact they are. They are quite small, which is good, and I've taken photos of the actual measurements from within the manuals themselves for accuracy. For compact washer/dryer units, they work as well as standard sized units in my opinion. I just realized I'm looking for something more basic and less expensive. If you are specifically looking for small units, I really think you'll be pleased with these (hence the 5-star rating), as long as you're willing to pay some extra $ for the more-than-basic stuff.

Chose this washer and the matching dryer because of its compact size and the fact that the dryer was one of the few vented options available. Since I've never used a compact machine I was concerned, especially since I purchased it without seeing it in person before stores had reopened because of COVID. However, that has not been a problem. For one person it has plenty of room. My main concern is that it's louder than expected. I bought this for a small condo and the laundry closet is basically in the middle of the living area. It's definitely not quiet but I'm not sure how much of that is because of the location or design of my condo. When the machine is filling with water it makes a loud buzzing noise. It fills in stages so the noise occurs multiple times each load. Overall, I feel it's a good choice and the size is just right for me. I mostly use the quick wash option and its effectiveness has been about what I expected. I doubt I will ever use most of its options but I guess they're nice to have. It is unfortunate that compact machines are so much more expensive than standard options so I've marked it down for value. I would like to say thank you to Best Buy for making the purchase and installation experience so easy. I originally tried buying it in person from Lowe's but that was not a good experience at all. After canceling that order, I was able to complete the entire process with Best Buy online with ease. Delivery went off without a hitch.

Easy to use. The clothes wash clean and sweet smelling. The size is perfect for my condo. Very quiet too.

This is the first Samsung washer I have purchased and I wish I had been buying this brand all along. In the past I have always bought Bosch washers but this Samsung washer is a cut above. The manual is very easy to understand and it gives clear instructions on how to operate the appliance. This is important with high tech appliances as one needs to choose the right options to get the best results. The machine is very easy to operate. The normal spin cycle was more than adequate to remove all the excess water from the laundry. This has always been a complaint of mine about other washers. This washer works like a charm. I am more than pleased. I originally chose this washer because Samsung was the only washer in the size I needed that was readily available. So this is another big plus for Samsung. Their appliances are available and fit into small apartment spaces perfectly.

I’m happy with my new Samsung washing machine. It’s working well, looks good, is pretty quiet and is easy to figure out how to use it. I’ve only had it for a month, so time will tell on the quality of manufacturing. This my second 24” washer/dryer pair. The small machine washes a surprising large amount of clothes or sheets, and it’s all I need as a single person. It’s large enough for the laundry needs of 2 people. The dryer, on the other hand, does require more time to dry than the full size, it for the extra space gained, its worth it to me.

After many hours of research, I decided upon the Samsung Stackable washer. My laundry room (closet!) is small, so size was a deciding factor. Since the initial wash, I actually look forward to doing laundry! The machine washes well, with various settings and a steam option. Though loads are small (it's just 2 of us), the washer is quiet and the clothes come out very clean. Highly recommend!
