What A Horrible Surprise
I’ve had this refrigerator for SEVEN years. I take great care of it. I do not have young distructive children at home to ware and tear down my appliances. This fridge with 3/4 years was no longer making ice then randomly stopping giving water. I would always replace the water filter when it was needed, always bought the replacement at Home Depot NEVER online or from Amazon. All of a sudden it stopped cooling to its adequate temperature and the freezer was no longer freezing to it adequate freezing temperature either. I called a tech out and now its unrepairable! I have a back patio refrigerator that is 40 years old that it still working AMAZING yet these high tech modern appliances are trash and a joke! Save your money do not buy! Its NOT worth it! Buy a brand that is well know for their longevity refrigerators.

Same exact experience with ice maker. I purchased expensive replacement parts and had my long time appliance repair person install, also paying repair costs. And still the ice maker does not work! And here I am, looking for a new refrigerator after owning the Samsung refrigerator for less than 7 years. I will NOT be purchasing a Samsung!! EVER!!
