Customer Ratings & Reviews

We love our new refrigerator! There is lots of space in the fridge with the ice maker in the freezer. The two choices of ice are really great! The features in the screen are great with a nice speaker! I can do lots of things with the different apps. I mostly listen to music or watch tv on it and love to display our family photos on the screen! The water pitcher feature is fantastic making water bottle fill up quick and tasty! We love the streamlined look of this fridge and can put magnets on the front if we want.

The only reason it's not a 5 is because I haven't had it that long and so not certain about performance yet. It's a 5 on look and function. If you have adjacent cabinets be aware of the door swing. I needed to have the 24" body pulled out an inch beyond my 24" depth cabinets to avoid the doors hitting adjacent cabinet doors. So, in the end it's 5.5" beyond the cabinets which was a concern I had. My last counter depth was listed as 2 cubic feet larger however this 23 cu. ft. seems to hold more stuff. The family hub is a novelty however, it is nice having my home cameras on it, my pup, and the outdoor temp. Cooks my get more out of it. The first time I'm at the market and forget if I need milk, I may feel more reliant on it. I wanted the largest capacity counter depth and slightly compromised on the counter depth side. In the end, I'm ok with the refrigerator being more promonate than I wanted since it's a clean look.

So far we love this fridge. Family hub and smarthings app work well. Cooled very fast. Has the R600A refrigerant compressor, which I am hesitant to trust, but it cooled so quickly I am hopeful this will last. Scratch and dent from Best Buy. Has black stainless “rub” marks. Looks like the anodized coating scratched off and appear to be stainless underneath. Love ice and water stations. So many cool things with inside cameras. Will update at two months.

As someone who has owned a Viking at my last residence I can assure you I’m much happier with this than I ever was with the Viking! The Viking was much larger but this has so many cool features which that fridge simply didn’t have! Not to mention a price of approximately $9,000 less! Can’t beat that. It also didn’t have cameras like this one! So happy with this refrigerator! It’s absolutely beautiful. I love the Family Hub. My favorite part. There’s cameras inside as I mentioned so you can see what you have and what you need when ordering your groceries, etc. it’s just amazing and the technology blows me away. So happy I got a great price on this as well!

I am in love with this 4-quadrant fridge! Shelving configurations are endless. It really does lend itself to whatever your current needs are! Large bottles and containers: no worries, just flip a shelf in half or remove it all together! Preparing for a party or dinner gathering : change the lower freezer to a temporary fridge. It’s so easy to be organized in my freezer on a day to day usage too. There are many storage configurations even in the fridge, that make it easy to access all of my frozen goods! Love the storage on freezer doors and the fact that the ice trays slide out! Both sides have drawers too. And I cannot even start to tell you what fun everyone has in leaving creative messages! They leave pictures too. I can access my Ring, watch Netflix! Listen to music or read a recipe! Then order my next groceries too! Love it! What Is NOT TO LOVE!

Love it so far! It's been 7 months. The flex fridge/ freezer feature is handy. The family hub has been so fun to have as well. My only complaint is i can't figure out how to disassemble one of the shelves to clean blood that leaked from meat.

Love it. Transferred all my recipes to the family hub screen. Now I just pull them up and start cooking. Great addition. The self filling pitcher is a game changer.

Amazing hub for the house. All my appliances talk to each other..yes they are all Samsung

Fits nicely in my kitchen of my new build, very pretty and nice features

Love this fridge! So many fun apps on the screen to mess around with & we love that the water dispenser is hidden from the children. Also love the pitcher of purified water at all times when your thirsty ready to go! To many things to list but definitely 5stars!

Love sleek look, 4 doors, Hub, interior door shelving space, only wish more taller items were able to fit, organization, flex freezer ice comparments, water pitcher section. Yet, problem/not installed as counter depth

We are very happy with this refrigerator. It has all the bells and whistles and proves to have more space inside than we originally thought. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because it leaves fingerprints on the black stainless steel and screen. Easy clean but was hoping that it would be a bit more resistant. Other than that, it’s top notch!

Exactly what we needed for our kitchen cabinetry and space , it offers plenty of cooling space and freezing space,,, and did I mention it’s a great looking refrigerator ( that’s our opinion ☺️)

My husband loves this frig. Functionality is great. Has alot more space. The drink station is so nice. My husband loves to watch his food...lol..

Good size fridge with many settings at your fingertips. The auto refill jar its great. It looks very elegant and clean since the water and ice dispensers are inside but affecte the cooling temperature since tou need to open the door every time to get access. I wish we had interchangeable panels. The black stainless gets dirty and shows scratches easily. I like the speaker wich is very loud and the tablet but its not very practical when you are cooking and your back is towards the screen. Overall, great fridge but needs some improvements to make it family efficient.

Counter depth fridge looks amazing very happy with the fridge

Love it!! Sleek and modern. Definitely a worthy buy. Highly recommended product. Many lovely features, the outside touch screen, the inside camera, the split door access to the beverage center, and dual freezer that can also be a refrigerator.

I will say this about our new refrigerator it’s awesome ! We really love it. Learning everything about it will take some time because it’s very high quality , high technology and very nice.

Absolutely love our new Samsung Smart Refrigerator! So happy we decided to get this model! Worth every penny! Everything stays so fresh and cold! We use the beverage door feature and the dual ice sizes not stop!

Looks great! Works great so far! Love the cubed ice and ice bites!!! It did hurt my feelings that it said I had to add food to my fridge cuz it couldn’t detect anything… the pressure lol
