I recently purchased a new dishwasher and I couldn’t be more pleased with its performance. One of the standout features is how incredibly quiet it is; you can barely hear it running, even when you’re in the same room. In terms of cleaning power, this dishwasher excels. Every dish, from the dirtiest pots and pans to delicate glassware, comes out sparkling clean without any residue. The variety of cycles ensures that every load, no matter how heavily soiled, gets the perfect wash. The spacious interior is another major plus. It easily accommodates a large number of dishes, including oversized plates and tall glasses, thanks to its adjustable racks and strategically placed tines. This means fewer loads and more efficiency in your daily routine. Lastly, the sleek design is a perfect addition to any modern kitchen. Its clean lines, stylish finish, and intuitive controls make it both a functional and aesthetically pleasing appliance. Overall, this dishwasher is a fantastic investment that combines quiet operation, superior cleaning, ample capacity, and elegant design.

I was a little nervous about buying a Samsung product, given their reputation with appliances, this Samsung dishwasher replaces a five year old KitchenAid. It is even more quiet than the last dishwasher we had. Drying is way better. I like the app control ability. Stainless steel finish matches the rest of my appliances. I do like the towel handle bar, it doesn’t stick out as much as my old KitchenAid. I would highly recommend this model for sure if anyone is on the fence. 

The first and foremost decision for this dishwasher was the Fingerprint resistant stainless steel front panel. The old Bosch DW was real SS and I could never keep it looking clean and good. Second was the -42db level. The Bosch was -48db and you barley could hear it. At -42db it is dead quite, the only noise you hear is the soap dish cover popping open. Another nice feature is the utensil rack that allows you not to have to use the utensil basket on the lowest rack. I removed it and it clears up a lot of space. There is one installation anomaly, if your sink is in the right side of the dishwasher, the drain hose was problematic that caused me a inadvertently knick the drain hose that caused it to leak. The hose exits the machine at the rear at the other end of the tub and the hose is snaked across the bottom. There is a clip to hold the hose in place but it pops out when maneuvering the machine into place and it gets behind the machine, therefore, you cannot insert the machine all the way in since the hose is blocking it. I drilled some holes in the clip and use zip ties to hold it in place at the highest setting and it was still below the base of the sink cabinet. It was not possible to slide in the DW into the position because of the hose would bind into the side of the cabinet. After getting a replacement hose, I drilled a hole below the base cabinet and in the floor of the cabinet. This allowed not having to use the clip and keep the drain hose down on the floor and it was easily maneuvered into the sink base. The side hole to the sink base need to be at the floor level. The electrical connection was easy but it is also on the other side of the DW. A dedicated slot to hold it in place worked well.

Very good unit better than the linear automatic door open.. This storm wash plus model has the heated dry vent on the side as well and the auto door open for table ready dishes.. Spotless silverware and dishes unit looks good to match.. I would definitely buy this model again if I had too and you will be happy too. Paired with Smart Things app really takes it to the next level better and more responsive than any other Wi-Fi connected app and appliance. Samsung Smartthings is the leader in app connectivity.. Just look at the ratings for yourself.

My samsung dishwasher is wonderful! I love cooking & baking with my granddaughters which makes the multiple wash options great for my different needs. I don't even hear it when I'm watching TV in the family room. The removal of my old dishwasher and installation of my new one was (fast, clean andprofessional).

I installed the unit myself and it was a fairly simple change out. My only concern was the during the initial startup, the dishwasher was so quiet I couldn’t hear it operating! Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the appliance, besides it matches Samsung refrigerator.

This is the best dishwasher I've ever had. The one thing that freaked me out the first time I used it was that the door opened up by itself when the cycle was complete. I didn't know they did that yet that is a great option as well

This dishwasher is near silent. Wash quality is 100% better than the older Whirlpool model it replaced.

This Dishwasher model is defective. Please don’t buy it. I bought a first one on 9/2022 and leaked water on 10/2022. I had to wait for a replacement thst came in on 1/12/23 and the third day started leaking qater from the right outer heater and will not finish the washing cycle due to a leakage error LC. I would recommend a different model that the storm wash

I have to share how much I adore my new Samsung Smart Dishwasher with StormWash+ and Smart Dry in Stainless Steel! As a parent with a bunch of kids, I can't express enough how much this dishwasher has helped me out. First things first, it's so quiet! No more loud noises interrupting naptime or evening relaxation. I can even run it while the little ones are playing without anyone noticing. And let me tell you, this thing cleans like magic! It's got this fancy StormWash+ thing that deals with all the toughest food messes on the dishes. I don't have to spend ages pre-rinsing anymore. Just load it up and let it do its thing! Speaking of loading, the inside is spacious and flexible. I can fit all sorts of big and small dishes without any trouble. The racks move around, so it's easy to make room for everything. Plus, it's got this Smart Dry feature that ensures everything comes out nice and dry, no more wiping down wet plates. The dishwasher is easy to use. It's got buttons for different wash cycles, and I can pick what I need. Oh, and get this: it's smart so that I can control it with my phone! No more running back to the kitchen to start it or check if it's done. What's really awesome is that it saves energy and water, which means lower bills! I can't believe how much it helps with the environment too. Plus, it's got this cool stainless steel outside that stays clean and shiny, even with all the little hands touching it. This Samsung Smart Dishwasher has been a lifesaver for our big family. It's easy to use, cleans like a champ, and it's so quiet! If you're a busy parent with lots of kids, trust me, this dishwasher will make your life so much easier. It's like having a helping hand in the kitchen, and I wouldn't trade it for anything!

Overall, this is a good machine. It is SO quiet. It does clean well, but the drying isn't as good as my 15 year old unit that I replaced. And, I've already had to have the automatic door release replaced. It was just a cheap plastic part that broke after 3 months. Shouldn't have happened in that short amount of time. There are tons of features and settings, but Samsung doesn't even give you a user manual. You have to go online and download a copy.

I love my dishwasher no noise level , clean perfectly easy to use and easy to connect to WiFi best dishwasher ever

The good. Super quite, easy to use. The not so good. Bottom rack is hard to transition from in to out, Gets hung up on the door with every pass, was professionally installed. the little place holders or spikes.. what ever you call them to hold dishes in place, bend easily.

Very quiet and cleans well. Only complaint is the dividers do not orient dishes facing toward center which is the position for best cleaning, so you have to place half of them backwards on the rack

The dishwasher is quiet and does a good job cleaning, however I have a couple of issues with it. First, the middle rack spacing is not ideal for cups (too narrow mostly in the two inner channels) nor is it ideal for bowls. The metal supports are just slightly angled and funky enough to not work well. Second, the rack glides are flimsy and wobbly. Doubtful this will hold up long and feels super cheap for the money paid. That said, its very quiet and does a good job cleaning.

Well we had to return this because of an issue with our pipes nothing to do with the dishwasher. It is super quiet and washed well. However it doesn’t dry as well as I would like. That’s why it got 4 stars not 5

My old Samsung dishwasher was getting old the tray was getting rusted and the replacement part was almost $200 So we decided to buy a new one. I am glad we decided to get the upgraded version love the smart features, the top drawer for spoons and such. Quite than the old one, cleans well. So far we are happy with this purchase
