I ordered this one because it is the newer (and larger) version of the same frig I had in my previous home up north. That one had to be counter depth so with my new home, I was able to graduate to full size and LOVE it! There is so much space. The only thing is that this one came with no drawer shelf in the freezer which I did have in my old frig and I do miss that a little, but the extra space is definitely a perk that makes up for that. It is just as attractive and bright and I especially am loving the fingerprint resistance of this one that also can be used with my grand daughter's magnets to hold up their artwork!

Beautiful performance and control with Samsung app and Alexa. Am able to monitor the temperature of the fridge from anywhere in the world and am alerted when my kids leave the door open, or the filter needs to be changed. The sweetest part is I bought it as an open box item with a huge discount, and it came with full warranty. It a clear upgrade to the one I had earlier with the controls outside the left door.

We were able to get a quick delivery but Fridge came dented. Best option was to get a discount for the dents. Not happy, but didn’t want to risk wall damage w/ another difficult delivery, The ice maker on this model jams up SO easy it’s almost unusable for door dispensing! We just dump the ice into a bowl we keep in the freezer but that takes up space. They don’t make them like they use to! I like the size and finish, but it seems to be subpar quality compared to our old one. It was a good sale price though. I’m going to try to get a new ice bin to see if it makes a difference.

Nice fridge that has all options for our family. Quiet running and lots of space in fridge and freezer. The blacj stainless is easy to keep clean and fingerprints dont show as bad

Pro- I am in love with this fridge! So much space. Even with organizing trays, baskets, still have ample shelving space without adjusting the shelves. Con- can’t figure out what is the purpose of 2nd rack on the ice maker interior door side? Can’t really fit anything you need on that side.

I had no idea about which brand was best to buy..I talk to the salesman there and ask his opinion of which brand was best. He recommended Samsung bc he seen less repairs and for the money it was the best option..Had it for 3 years now and I can’t be more happier.. Thank you so much!

Such a sleek looking fridge that fits perfectly in my update kitchen. The black stainless steel is stunning and is a great contrast to my light counter tops. I love the dual door fridge and sliding drawer freezer. Feels like quality and keeps food perfectly cold!

After searching for several renowned stores, I found in Best Buy the best option since we were mainly looking for size but without neglecting the price, functionality, technology and speed in the acquisition and with you they filled all the expectations and I can only say Congratulations !! They are an excellent option and not only in appliances but in everything you offer and again thanks in good time.

Love it. Has a ton of space in it and the futures are just awesome. Fingerprints don’t really show up on it. Easy to clean. All the different ways you can arrange the drawers are really handy.

Came with small dents but they gave us a discount and almost two years later we still love this fridge. Best one i’ve ever had.

I love my new refrigerator. I used to have two refrigerators before I got this one and I’m actually able to have just one refrigerator I put two refrigerators into this big 28 ft.³ refrigerator. I would definitely recommend it it’s the quietest refrigerator I’ve ever had.

I love my fridge. I’ve had it about a month now & I’m really impressed with how much it holds. I have a small kitchen & was worried it would be too big but it’s not. It’s a perfect size even for my small kitchen.

Love this refrigerator and freezer! So spacious with lots of room and different ways to change shelves which makes it very adaptable. It's also beautiful looking in a kitchen. The salespeople were so helpful at Best Buy too!

Fridge is nice looking, large capacity for storage. Ice gets a little messy when dispensing. Was delivered with a dent on the outside. Bestbuy brought a new one a few days later. The new one was also dented but on the inner part of the door where you can only notice it when the door is open.

This fridge is spacious and accommodating for all my groceries. I love the look of this fridge and the easy to use ice machine (easy for my kids to operate too). Only downfall about this product is the handles scratch easily. If your wearing rings on your fingers it could be a set up for disaster. We're only a few weeks in owning this fridge and we have several small nicks and scratches on the handles. The scratches are noticeable and its takes away from the fridges sexapeal.

I like just about everything about the refrigerator. The space, the drawers, the look. The one negative is that the water dispenser has a drip. Not so bad but I need to be drying it often.

I like that it doesn't show fingerprints and that my magnets representing my travels stick on it. I love that the freezer is on the bottom.

I love this refrigerator. I had a smaller version and upgraded to a larger one. It's very spacious and beautiful.

Nice to look at and spacious. But it’s brand new and already having issues. Regret not buying the insurance. It makes a fizzing sound like condensation is dropping on something hot. The filter light is on and it’s has a brand new filter. We have only had it since November 2020. Also No drip catch area so if the kids over fill their cups it streams down the front bottom door.

Beautiful Frige and spacious. I like the black stainless steel. I give five stars and I hope the lasts years in good condition since I only have 4 days with it.
