My critic is that the buttons are pretty odd looking compared to the oven. Also, the "1" setting doesn't work. It seems like it doesn't have enough power to start so to use it, i have to use the "2" setting then go down.

Excellent product really enhanced my kitchens modern appearance samsumgvmajes great products.

We paid for new it would have been nice to get new. Instead we got something someone had installed and returned (shouldn't we have gotten open box price then? There's a sticker on it showing that Best Buy inspected it). Unfortunately, we didn't open it until we were ready to install it and it's in terrible shape, but we missed the return date. We're out the $200 because we can't use it in this condition. I would recommend looking somewhere else.

Nice product but came with a crack in it beware best buy will not return.

No logo. Super cheap button. Lots of cuts with knife. Is this really from Samsung? Returning today.

It works well and looks good. Lights aren't subtle and it's not quiet. We only use 1st level because 2 and 3 are too loud. Note that it's very short, so we have a bit of an unfinished wall gap under the bottom of the hood. Simple to operate. Good for the price.

Simple, quite, powerful. Great lighting. Perfect for my space.

Great product. Installation was easy, and it works as designed. The LED lights are amazingly bright, and the exhaust is quite powerful. Installed with venting to the outside of my home, and it made a huge difference over the old recirculating range hood! It looks great in Stainless Steel, and matches my new LG Stainless Steel smart slide-in electric range/oven!

The Stainless Steel stovetop vent with 2 speed fan is beautiful, quiet, and has LED lights that are excellent. The vent was easy to install and blended in with our new Samsung stand alone stove. Both were purchased at same time and the price was much less than we thought for both. We originally wanted to get larger unit but didn’t want to pay the higher price. This vent was way below other vents that we had priced. Great sales staff guided us to perfect models.

This hood has convenient controls for light and fan, looks good, and fits good to cabinets.

Much loader than my last range hood but also sucks much better.

We replaced an old range hood that broke down in kitchen without a vent. Easy to setup, and has worked well so far with the three settings helpful based on what we cooking. LED lights is key too to have long lasting light— in fact our old range hood had halogen bulb size that could not be replaced!

This was my second hood because the first one was badly dented. This second one was dented too but it was a smaller dent and not as noticeable. The service men that installed it were excellent. I do love this range hood.

Good quality and easy to install. Can use as a recirulation or connect to a duct.

This item came damaged on the left side, and the Geek Squad installer never said a word or failed to notice it. The worst part is that it takes forever to replace the part where I live.

We had to return this. The light was broken when we got it and you cannot replace it yourself so it went back.
