Customer Ratings & Reviews

Absolutely love this range! Haven't used the oven but the cooktop is extremely efficient! Heats evenly, heats quickly, easy to clean and boils water FAST! Love it! Easy to install, even, and looks very modern, huge fan!

I have not used any of the SmartThings features yet. As far as a stove goes it has really impressed me. Foods look at taste so much better, the design is beautiful, the layout makes it a breeze to clean inside and out. I’m very happy with this purchase

I love this cooker, the fact that it comes with air fryer is awesome,it’s easy to clean, and it’s a great addition to my home,I love it

We are loving the stove! Oven gets to temperature fast and everything is as expected. The only thing I didn’t see anyone mentioning and I think you should know is the cleaning.. the top part has a rubber that makes things get stuck there.. we are thinking of buying a little paint brush to try to clean that area because after having the stove for only a week it’s already looking dirty and I don’t want to pass a knife or anything that will damage the rubber

Great decision, heats fast, the air fryer is fantastic, and I love the design.

Great product it exceed all my expectations Wouldn’t choose any other product than Samsung

Stove cooks, bakes, and looks Amazing! Worth IT! So Slick!

The oven cooks evenand heat fast and the top is easy to control temperture

Love this range and the features. Looks very good with all the Samsung stainless steel appliances in my kitchen.

We have enjoyed it a lot, easy to clean like the air fryer in the oven very very convenient

Very safe and easy to use and set up , we love it we have the bundle

Everything it's good and excellent customer service

Love the air fryer, part of the stove, oven cooked nice and evenly

I like this one in particular.. is easy to used and easy to clean.. I recommend this brand

I haven't had this Range very long but so far its been great. Exactly what we wanted. I only gave it a 4star because it is tuff the keep clean and spotless which i guess all stovetops are. Setup with Smartphone (smartthings-samsung) was very simple.

Died 4 weeks after installing, delivered 8/21/24. After refurbishing kitchen installed 4 weeks after delivery, died in October and still waiting for repair, missed thanksgiving dinner!!! Now it’s still died because of a bad power supply board… Still waiting on Samsung to repair, second repair vendor and still waiting to get it repaired, avoid Samsung Ranges,, I have found that this is major common problem with these units, everybody on line has had this problem. It’s a lemon, call it a lemon. Buy GE!!! Board is $150 bucks on line, seems that they know it’s a lemon model, why do I need to buy it and install myself if I want it done but Christmas dinner!!!

It is great we got it to match our microwave and her refrigerator

This is a really nice range. The issue I had was it was too large. So I had to entrance for a smaller range.

Perfect fit . It even got a back space filler. Works and cook amazing and fast.

I love the look and the idea of the stove but the top could really use a better coat so that it is scratch resistant. I don’t like to airfry in the stove because it gets really smokey. Other than that it’s nice.
