This range hood throws mad air, if yours doesn't it's installed wrong. Did it myself and I saw a few things that would cause someone who doesn't know to neglect making the necessary adjustments to accommodate this. Additionally if you read the booklet it shows the steps to activate boost so read it. My only complaint is Samsung should test these before shipping because the light was wired wrong and didn't work so I was easily able to figure it out. Saved me a service call. People say it's noisy but if you're gonna move that much air it comes with some noise but it isn't deafening like my previous one. The rear vent didn't line up with the existing hole through the back so it was easier for me to vent it from the top through the cabinet. It's very very pricey but we'll worth it, wish I had bought it the first time I saw it because I would've saved about $300. Yes $300.

Great addition to the samsung duo stove. It has three speeds plus a boost option for a more powerful exhaust. Its loud and you will know the fans running. It has metal washable exhaust filters. Bluetooth connectivity to stove via Samsung's smart-things app. Pricey but gets that smoke and smell out.

I am loving this range hood. The features are great, lighting, vent & the black stainless steel really compliment my new kitchen

We purchased This Hood that was very expensive.. almost 4 times the price of other hoods in its category, because we were told by a Samsung representative at Best Buy .. it would automatically turn the lights and fan on when we turn on the gas on the range.. the range was brand new with Wi-Fi however double-check to see if the range is Bluetooth capable.. if not it will not pair with the hood.. other than that.. The hood is very quiet and very powerful best I ever seen. I was a new home warranty manager for years..so I saw a lot, The LED lights are bright.. you can just throw the grease collector vents in the dishwasher for cleaning.. And the black stainless still looks great.. you will pay extra but it's worth the powerful fan and the quietness when it's runing

Very nice looks good, but I think it’s too loud. Not sure if it’s how mine was installed, but I am not able to put it on high without it sounding like it’s going to break. I was expecting it to be much quieter due the price. I do like how easy it is to clean. The fan is powerful just loud.

I wasn't too sure when my wife wanted to get this range hood, but I must admit that it is very good-looking and really makes a difference by venting the air while cooking. We also purchased a new Samsung range, and it looks great with it. We did not opt for a bluetooth-enabled range, so I cannot comment on that ability. Overall I highly recommend it due to the powerful venting.

The range hood vent is very efficient as it can be set up to turn on automatically when you start cooking. Runs quieter than our old fan. The light gives great coverage for cooking

Waited to write a review so I had some use on it. Best range hood I’ve had. LOVE the LED lighting. Now I can actually see what I’m cooking! And it has powerful fan/suction. Cleans easily too.

It looks nice and modern, but it's not as strong as I hoped for. It doesn't pair with my SmartThings app. I wish there were more options to this hood.

This is a beautiful piece of the kitchen and really completes the look .. it lights up so pretty and has 3 powerful fan speeds ..not even sure that I’ve had to use past low yet . I love it !

I like that this is slightly bulky, it gives it a better look. I also like that you can remove the filters easily for easy cleaning.

We've had our hood installed for about one month now. Looks great, styled fits well with our existing kitchen. Very good venting power.

Its quieter than most. I love the graphite stainless steel Love being able to put a timer on the fan and yes its another Bluetooth item
