I replaced a 20 year GE model that was a work horse. Unfortunately the inside of the microwave started peeling. I looked at all models and really liked this Samsung unit. It’s heavier than the old one, But all the bells and whistles when it comes to oven/ microwave. Microwave oven also broils. Oven has a Sabbath mode and a steam cook that I haven’t tried yet. Blue enamel coating inside both oven and microwave. Very easy digital settings. Microwave finished sound could be a bit louder. Other than that I am 100% completely satisfied with purchase

This oven is impressive in looks and performance, and would rate a 5-star out of the box, but the second time using the microwave I noticed that the turntable wasn't turning. After searching the manual and then the internet for a clue as to why, I find that apparently this is a common problem with the little plastic spindle that attaches the spinning rollers to the oven bottom. It was cracked, and once I removed it, it simply fell apart in my hand. This beautiful microwave oven was flummoxed by a small plastic part- easily the cheapest item in the oven. Geek Squad was efficient on the phone, and is sending out a replacement part, but expect it to be a week in transport. An oven this expensive and high tech should have better made working parts.

Have had for 2 months and used quite a bit for baking during the holiday season. Great looking design with ease of controls. Has some nice features such as a built in temperature gauge for roasts The sounds on this unit are not annoying like most of the other competitors. Display is clean and easy to navigate.

Absolutely love the wall oven. The look and performance have been outstanding. The steam feature works awesome, and the flexibility of the microwave to brown and broil is a game changer. But why not five stars? Because as has been commented buy countless owners of this and similar models, there is no adjustment for the sound level of the timer and temperature alerts, and the default volume is barely above a whisper. With over 50 touch controls and app-based settings how difficult would this be to incorporate? And this isn't me being picky; it's a serious flaw in an otherwise great product. And seeing that Samsung had the ability to push updates to the device, why not correct this problem?

The reason we purchased this combo convection microwave/oven was that both units had the convection capability. It works great and we really like the fact that the microwave has a very good sized compartment. We like the digital controls for the combo unit and they did a great job of combining the control panel for both units.

After searching two years for a replacement for my builder's provided double oven, I found the Samsung 30" combo unit. My top two choices were Viking (to compliment my cooktop and refridgerator) and Wolf. I was initially attracted to the Samsung price which was an exceptional value. After using both the microwave and the oven for two months, I have been extremely pleased with its ease of use and accurate cooking temperatures. The touch screen provides simplicity in its functionality with an easy to read display. The microwave is a great surprise providing excellent reheating and warming. The oven has the "heft" and strength of commercial units and a stylish interior color that adds a special touch to this unique microwave/wall oven combination.

We used it for the first time last night meal turned out great perfectly cooked, my daughter said it was great to not have to judge the temperature on the oven this one was exact and did a great browning job

We bought this to replace our 23-year-old original microwave/oven combo. What a difference! The touch screen is easy to manage, and the ability to combine the microwave with convection or use as another convection oven is something we didn't know we needed until we got it. Still learning how to use the wifi and app. We would definitely recommend it.

SO FAR SO GOOD LOOKS GREAT AND WORKS GREAT. THE SCREEN IS TOUCH AND VERY SENSITIVE SO IF CLEANING MAY TURN ON...ONLY ISSUE SO FAR. NICE HINGE ON MICRO WAVE AND DOES NOT DROP DOWN WHEN YOU OPEN.

Oven worked fine for a little over a year and then in the middle of cooking dinner...the oven and microwave no longer work. This is apparently a very common and known problem, code CA-2. This error means the cooling motor is not working, all troubleshooting failed. So our WALL oven, now has to be removed from our also brand new cabinet as the cooling motor is behind the oven. Oven wasn’t installed until 12-2020, this is ridiculous. I would never recommend paying $3,000 for something that breaks in a year. We don’t use our oven/microwave excessively, maybe 3-4 times per week. We purchased all new Samsung kitchen appliances and so far our vent hood arrived broken and now our oven/microwave is broken. Stay away. Who knows how much it will cost to fix but technician can’t be here for another week.

purchased Samsung combination microwave/oven wall unit in May 2022 for $3077.99 plus tax from Best Buy. The unit was installed in December 2022 and since then has not been working properly. The unit overheating which caused the damage to my kitchen cabinets. I can provide a picture. When, used self cleaning option, it created rust between the glass door and discolored the racks inside the oven. I contacted the company a few times. They keep on transferring me to another person and another. When technician came, they told him that I should take apart the door and clean it and they will not repair the exhaust so the unit will not overheat. Terrible customer service. Very negligent to customer needs. Please, help. This unit is a lemon. Thank you

DO NOT PURCHASE!! Worked ok for a year. Suddenly started throwing multiple weird errors - C-10, C-F0. When I called Best Buy Total Protection they said it’ll be a $99 just to get someone to see it. What’s the point of this membership if you can’t even guarantee free service for 24months after falsely selling that it’s the best for appliance purchases. It’s a total waste and a scam. Now we are facing a service fee/repair bill after paying $2400+ for a sub standard product.

Iya a goo product but Best Buy has worst customer service. When we went to pick up that did not have enough people and the guy put cord on the front and scratched it then foehlt to remove tag. We have been on phone with store geek squad and chat. Unnecessary time waste and best buy not helping. Just now chat with cs said use soap water it's different tag does not come off also it's open box not dent and scratches but they are saying as if you got best price just be happy vs resolving problem.

We had it installed this unit 2 week after pick up from store and turned out it is not heating at all! Now bestbuy says we passed the timeline to return! We paid enough for unit and installation And getting out from cabinet is tough 2 man job
