The Samsung M80 Smart Monitor is a versatile display designed to cater to both productivity and entertainment needs. With a 32-inch 4K UHD display, it delivers sharp and vibrant visuals, making it suitable for a range of tasks, from professional work to media consumption. The monitor’s design is sleek and modern, featuring a slim profile and minimal bezels, which adds a touch of elegance to any workspace. One of the standout features of the Samsung M80 is its built-in Smart TV functionality. This allows users to stream content from popular services like Netflix, YouTube, and Disney+ without needing a separate device. The monitor also supports voice control through Bixby, Alexa, and Google Assistant, enhancing its smart capabilities. In terms of connectivity, the M80 offers multiple options, including USB-C, HDMI, and wireless connectivity via Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. The USB-C port also supports power delivery, which is a great convenience for those using the monitor with laptops or mobile devices. The Samsung M80 comes with a height-adjustable stand, allowing users to customize the viewing angle for comfort. However, some users might find the stand’s range of motion limited compared to more ergonomic alternatives. The monitor also includes built-in speakers, which are decent for general use but may not satisfy those looking for high-quality audio. Overall, the Samsung M80 Smart Monitor is an excellent choice for users looking for a multifunctional display that combines the benefits of a high-quality monitor with the convenience of a smart TV. Its vibrant display, smart features, and connectivity options make it a strong contender in the market, though the built-in speakers and stand flexibility could be areas for improvement.

I bought two of these monitors and overall I have been very happy with them. The picture quality is good, they look great on a desk, and I really like having the built-in camera and smart TV features. After about a year, one of mine developed what appears to be a dead pixel or backlight issue that causes a black streak on part of the screen. I have also found that they can be a little finicky with USB cables when trying to get both the camera and display functions working properly. Even with those issues, I still like these monitors and use them regularly. Overall, I am happy with the purchase and would recommend them, but there are a couple of quirks to be aware of.

Unique small sized Monitor that doubles as a Smart TV. Looking forward to using it for both purposes. Doubles, just like twins.

I love my Samsung M8 monitor. It’s great for school work, watching TV, and playing Sims. The display is clear and vibrant, and it works perfectly for everything I need

This is just a great monitor. All in one, you don't need anything extra to work. Plus, Samsung DeX is a fast wireless connection to my phone and everything on the phone opens on the big screen. Simple and convenient. Of the minuses - the camera does not work in all applications and the sound. I would prefer to pay more and get better speakers. However, I bought an open box, and at this price I have no objections. You can connect via Bluetooth to another sound source. And besides, I like watching 4k movies on it. I wasn't bothered by the plastic case.

In the picture it was only about an inch. It's not an inch! First off, I got the thing assembled and connected to the computer. The screen said "Hello" and other languages too. I was not getting the computer and seeing it setup. When I rebooted the computer and the screen still said "Hello" it occured to me that the monitor had to be setup before the computer. I've NEVER had to do that before. It can be another television if I want, it has it's own IP address and 100 other things. LOL. It is definately a smart monitor.

Great monitor with beautiful clarity. Great also for small space as it can be used for video streaming.

Great for my needs which is primarily accounting but I do use it for some light indie gaming or my ps5. I Love the built in remote connection, I don’t need to turn on anything but my monitor to connect to my work server. The eye saver mode is great for eye strain. I do wish it had more than one HDMI port but that’s not enough to deduct a star since I have a hub.

It’s amazing. I’m able to review the blueprints bigger than my computer.

I love how you can do so much with this monitor Gaming Use as a smart tablet Is it as a Tv And so freaking much more … this product did not disappoint You you are looking into a smart monitor look no further this is it !!

I’m sorry but the monitors (2) acted up after one week so I returned them both other than that they were good

The Samsung M8 32-inch Smart Monitor is an excellent combination of productivity and entertainment. The 4K UHD display is sharp, vibrant, and perfect for multitasking, office work, and watching movies. I love the built-in smart TV features, which let me stream Netflix, YouTube, and other apps without connecting a PC. The slim, modern design looks premium and fits beautifully in any room. The USB-C connection makes it easy to connect my laptop with a single cable for power and display. Overall, the Samsung M8 is a stylish, powerful, and versatile monitor that truly stands out.

So far, happy w this monitor. Things I like - its a nice clean modern design. Quality seems good. It comes w a camera for video calls. Its a smart TV also, so can stream shows, etc - set-up for services like Netflix, Disney+, Max, etc was easy. Size is good, resolution and color are nice and there’s a lot of settings, adjustments available to customize. I got on sale, so for price, seems like a good monitor for the computer work i plan to do, with bonus of being able to also use as a TV.

I love everything about this except for the rear firing speakers. The display is nice and bright, big and provides a number of connection options. It also looks elegant by itself. The smart tv functions of the monitor work well and are an added bonus. I recommend giving it a shot, is perfect for me in all ways but the speakers.

I like the size and functionality of this monitor. The TV feature is nice. My first gen Windows Surface Pro Laptop however will just allow me to mirror the laptop screen so I do not get the advantage of two screens. It could just be me not being able to figure it out but that is why I only gave 4 stars. It is important to set up the monitor first and let it do its thing prior to connecting to the Laptop and it did take a few times to figure out how to connect via which port and cable works best with Surface Pro. I will probably go back to a full size laptop my next upgrade because of the limited connections a Surface Pro offers direct from the laptop without using a adaptor..

I previously owned two Samsung M7 monitors and loved them for their versatility, but I decided to move those to the office and upgrade to the M8 in white for my home workspace. I have to say, I’m really impressed! The M8 functions a bit faster than the M7, making navigation and app usage feel smoother. The connectivity remains just as solid, which is great, but the real standout for me is the improved aesthetics— the stand is much sleeker and blends beautifully into my setup. Another feature I truly appreciate is the solar-charged remote. Not having to worry about replacing batteries is a small but incredibly convenient upgrade. Overall, the M8 feels like a refined and well-thought-out improvement over the M7. If you’re considering the jump, I’d say it’s absolutely worth it!

I absolutely love this monitor. The 4K picture is super sharp, colors look great, and the size is perfect for both work and watching shows. The built-in smart TV apps are a nice bonus — I can stream without even turning on my laptop. The USB-C connection is so convenient since it charges my laptop and shows the display with just one cable. The included SlimFit camera is clear and works perfectly for video calls. Overall, it’s stylish, functional, and exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth it!

Meh. Great resolution, lots of features, unreliable. About once a day, the monitor loses the connection with my PC. When the connection is restored, the monitor strobes, making it essentially useless. I have to disconnect the USB-C cable and reconnect to be able to use. Sometimes, the monitor insists its speakers and microphone are the default for online meetings. NOPE! The camera is great. The microphone? NOPE! The speakers? NOPE! When the monitor microphone is used, no one can hear me. When the monitor speakers are used, I can hear no one. Stop setting yourself as the default. I made my choices. LIVE WITH THEM!

Awesome design and picture on this monitor! I just didn’t like the viewing angles on VA panels.

I was in the market for a larger white monitor to fit my new desk setup, particularly one with USB-C for that minimal aesthetic/vibe, and this Samsung fit the bill perfectly! And not only was it on sale for $300 off, but I was able to save another $135 by going open box; which ended up being in basically like new condition (just missing the HDMI cable). If I had to knock the monitor on something, it would be the general display quality. It's dim and a bit fuzzy when it comes to text rendering. But overall, I'm impressed! I also really love that the remote charges via a small solar panel on the back. Wouldn't buy it for $699 but for $399 or less... I don't think there's a better Studio Display alternative.
