The Samsung 36 inch Built in Gas Cooktop with 5 Burners is impressive. Your able to pull up the the covers in order to clean the stove with a soft cleaning cloth. The design gives an modern look appearance. We have received several compliments. We love that each burner plays a different role in the type of skillet or pot should be placed on each burner. The stove is easy to clean. Durability our family rates it a 5. Installation we rate at a 3. Although our prior stove was made in the 1960s and we decided to upgrade. We had to replace several old parts, to bring this stove to its full functional use. Functionality we give it a 5. So far the performance of the stove works very well. If this should change will update our rating.

It has powerful heating capabilities, is easy to operate, and comes with conversion nozzles for both LPG and natural gas. Highly recommended.

Great Cooktop. Flame is strong. Well designed. Deduct one star because grate finish coat start to peeled off after one dishwash cycle..

Everything works as it should, and the installation was excellent. The only problem I have with it is that I think I should have ordered the silver - every speck of flour, salt, dust, etc., shows up, so it has to be cleaned every day.

Very good cook top. Easy to clean, powerful burners, it’s perfect for my home. Check your dimensions carefully !

We are very happy with the 36" Built-In Gas Cooktop. We particularly like the style and removable grills. The cooktop was installed with a downdraft ventilation system. Installation came out well with some minor modifications to the granite counter. Since this was a remodel to the kitchen it was not unexpected.

sure do like it , works like a charm, easy to clean, works so much better than the one that came with the house.

We love that we can cook with several pots at different temperatures at the same time. And we don't worry about knocking the knobs like with our old one. It makes our kitchen look snazzy, too.

Love the look and the fact this comes with a large burner for those bigger pots. Also easy to clean!!

Turns out I do not like placement of control knobs -- I would prefer them to be grouped in front center so that there is more space between side burners. Otherwise, a good quality stove.

This cooktop is incredible! I forgot how amazing gas stoves were. After using electric for almost 20 years, I forgot how much better gas was. I've been using this top for 3 months now and it truly is one of the best purchases I've made in a while. This top gives plenty of space for using several big pots at the same time. It's very easy to clean with it's segmented, removable grill and stainless steel. It truly is a wonderful product.

The Samsung 36 inch built in Gas cooktop is one of the best items that I have purchased for my kitchen. Aside from it being aesthetically pleasing (the stainless steel matches beautifully with the rest of the appliances in my kitchen), its functionality is amazing. The burners are efficient and quick. Best of all it is very easy to clean. Luckily, there was no need for adjustments my countertop because the cooktop fit right on. Otherwise, best buy has certified cutters that can help. Definitely recommend this product.

Exactly what we needed to replace our old cooktop. It fit perfectly in the old space. The cook-top grates sit up high and are heavy but sturdy. The surface cleans up easily. This cook top gets the Jobe done.

Nice cooktop price was friendly it feels well made looks more expensive than what it was.

I love this stove top! It's easy to clean and works for my needs in the kitchen.

Works well and easy to maintain; however, it is not a good choice for cooking larger dishes as there is not enough space between the burners.

I love cooking with my new Samsung stainless steel stove top. It's fast and kept my foods hot. Easy to clean and manage. The guy who installed it for me did a great job. I had great help from the Best Buy guys from beginning to the end of my installation. I'm glad I got this stove top. I love cooking with it.

This was possibly the worst experience I have ever had with a purchase from any company. First of all, it was originally purchased November 27th and finally got installed in Feb. 3 Months to get a cook top is insane. The first install attempt in January failed because the cooktop had no burners! What?? it took forever to reschedule and meanwhile I was without a cook top, which was challenging for a family of 4. No follow up phone calls from Best Buy, no apologies, no care for their profound inadequacies in customer service. The cooktop works well and we are happy with the product...but the service and time it took for the install makes me question whether I will shop at Best Buy in the future
