Customer Ratings & Reviews

Plenty of interior space with sleak design, there are well thought out compartments, even tall areas to store wine and other taller bottles/items. Not having the door handles actually produces less fingerprints since it's opened from the top or bottom of either door. The freezer comes equipped with a button that separates the suction seal, meaning you won't have to manually struggle to get the door open and possibly put wear on the rails the freezer compartment rests on. I can even interface with the fridge using my Samsung phone albeit with fairly limited options (change temp for fridge, freezer received notifications when the door is left opened). All in all, very happy with the purchase.

Thumbs up, wide storage , fits just right .would recommend .

Great refrigerator with lots of space. I love that i can connect it to my phone to control the tempo and tell me if the kids left the door open.

I rarely leave reviews, but the experience I’ve had with Bestbuy and GeekSquad regarding a refrigerator order has been nothing short of a nightmare. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into weeks of stress, inconvenience, and damage to my home. First, the refrigerator was delivered late and incorrectly. Then, during the botched installation, their team caused physical damage to my property—scratched floors, dented walls, and a broken plumbing. Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed it off and left me to deal with the aftermath. Trying to get help has been even worse. I’ve spent over 8 hours on the phone, across multiple calls, having to explain and re-explain the situation to different agents. I’ve been hung up on several times, and there is no clear way to escalate grievances to someone who can actually resolve the issue. Their customer service is not just unhelpful—it’s actively dismissive and frustrating. Weeks have passed, and not only have they failed to fix the damage, but they’ve also done nothing to compensate for the stress and disruption this has caused. Bestbuy clearly does not value its customers, nor does it stand behind its service. If you’re considering buying from them—don’t. Save yourself the headache and go with a vendor that actually cares about doing things right.

This freezer has exceeded my expectations in every way. It offers excellent cooling performance, maintaining a consistent temperature that keeps food fresh for longer periods. The spacious interior and well-organized compartments make storage easy and efficient. It operates quietly, which is a big plus in a household setting. The build quality feels solid and durable, and the energy efficiency helps reduce electricity bills. I also appreciate the quick-freeze feature, which is great for preserving freshness. Overall, this freezer delivers outstanding performance, reliability, and value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone in need of a high-quality freezer.

This refrigerator has been excellent so far. It runs very quietly, cools evenly, and has plenty of space for both fresh and frozen food. The layout is well designed, shelves are sturdy, and the freezer drawers slide smoothly. The stainless steel finish looks great and is easy to clean. Overall, it feels well built and performs exactly as expected.

Just got the refrigerator 2 weeks ago and everything is working great. No issues at all regarding cooling. It doesn't drip water from the water dispenser (to a significant extent). Lots of room for a counter depth. For the price point, it's great. The only gripe is from my kids saying there's no handles. I personally love the look.

We really like this refrigerator! It is roomy, has plenty of shelves and temperature regulation has been spot on

in our kitchen we have space for counter depth fridge only. Our previous two were LG, horrible experience will never recommend. So far this Samsung fridge is good, full owner experience will take a few years to figure out. It is spacious compared to our previous LG, which too was counter depth. Will update as time passes.

bought for my business - very good product, easy to use by everyone and no smudges on the doors - impressive

[Employee of bestbuy] The Samsung RF27CG5B10SR/AA is a 26 cu. ft. mega capacity, counter-depth French Door refrigerator designed for a modern, flush-fit look. Pros: Customers highly praise its spacious interior (Mega Capacity), sleek, modern design with recessed handles and a fingerprint-resistant finish, and convenient external water/ice dispenser with two ice types (curved and crushed). Smart features like Wi-Fi connectivity and SmartThings AI Energy Mode for monitoring power usage are a nice bonus. It also features All-Around Cooling for consistent temperature. Cons: While many users love it, Samsung refrigerators (especially French door models) have historically faced some reliability concerns regarding the ice maker and compressor failures, though the Digital Inverter Compressor comes with a 10-year parts warranty. Bottom Line: This is a feature-rich, high-capacity fridge that offers an excellent, built-in aesthetic and smart convenience. It's a top choice for those prioritizing space, modern design, and twin ice options, but be mindful of the brand's mixed track record on long-term component reliability.

Nice space inside. Not to pleased with ice maker. Small hold and has to be a wide cup.

Great interior space, clean lines outside and works great.

For new construction. Fit perfectly and looks great Great value on counter depth refrigerator. Best Buy was very easy to work with.

Nice fridge. I like how the refrigerator keeps my food at the perfect temperature and my ice cream doesn’t get too hard in the freezer

I like it, delivery and instalation so fast, no issues

So far, I love my new Samsung refrigerator. It’s just the right size for me and I am loving the French doors with the freezer on bottom.

I didn't trust Samsung appliances until I needed a fridge. This fridge model got great reviews from different sources. Counter depth with well placed interior spacing. Energy efficient more so than my last GE with only a gallon of milk space difference. I would recommend this particular Samsung model to anyone in need of replacement.

Decent. Ice maker is very slow. So slow I've made an appointment for a tech to come check it out. This is me 4th Samsung fridge and the first one with an ice maker issue. Hopefully it's a simple fix.

Very nice refrigerator, but needs more options to adjust shelf height. It's my own fault for not realizing this as this was an online buy. I recommend you visit the store and physically examine any fridge before purchase. Bring a tape measure to see where milk jugs, juice containers, etc, can fit (height wise) if you usually store these on your fridge shelves. Also, the service to remove the old fridge & install the new one was great.
