Fridge Pros: 20 inch about 3 gallons of milk in a row. Perfect for putting away a whole turkey tray. 2 tall deep wide drawers. You can easily fit a large tall whole cabbage with plenty of more room. Ice box in top left fridge shelf keeps items extra cold. Left door holds plenty of drinks extra cold. Right side of fridge door keeps tall 2 litter bottles or gallon size. Plastic door selfs resemble glass with details. The mode has WiFi. Possibly for notifications to water filter info and temperatures. Now for the freezer pros: double ice tray collection. Collected from your internal fridge ice maker located on the left side first shelf. Large freezer base drawer that fits a galore of items. All freezer drawers have middle dividers. This model has fingerprint resistant it’s a must for this stainless steel fridge. There’s a next model to this one that makes 4 different ice and has door handles but I prefer sleek doors and curved/crushed ice is what I need. With Best Buy plus you have the option of 60 days to change your decision. Cons: Water and ice push panel dispenser can get water marks. Top of the fridge is not completely flat. There is a one inch taller step on top of the front of fridge. These are minor issues. Making this fridge welcome to your new home :)

Exceptional! Sleek, stylish and functional Meets and exceeds my expectations

So far, this refrigerator is performing well, met the expectations. Tried out without the handle.. seems ok, the only problem that i see is for the kids opening the doors with messy hands.

Ive had this refrigerator for a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed with its performance. It’s spacious, well-organized, and keeps everything at the perfect temperature — whether it’s fresh produce, beverages, or frozen foods. One of my favorite features is how quiet it runs. You barely notice it’s on, which is a big upgrade from my old fridge. The shelves are adjustable and thoughtfully laid out, making it easy to store larger items without playing Tetris every time I unload groceries. The freezer section is roomy and efficient, and the ice maker works like a charm. I also love the sleek, modern design — it looks great in my kitchen and is easy to clean with just a quick wipe. Love my new Samsung Refrigerator. The space in the fridge is crazy, so much room. The freezer draw is awesome, once again so much space. I would recommend it to everybody.

Excellent refrigerator that fits perfectly. Only issues I have is that the left door doesn't stay open on it's on (this makes it difficult to access the bottom drawer as both doors need to be open to access it), and the buttons to change from ice to water can be a bit finicky (you might need to press it multiple times at multiple angles to get it to switch). Aside from those minor inconveniences, I'm extremely happy with my purchase.

Looks and operates great beer is ice cold and you can adjust temps. with the app.

So far so good. Its a little complicated too remove trays to clean, space wise its not as paciouse as i thought it would be , i feel that it looks bulkier from the outside than what it really holds.

The refrigerator we had before this lasted 18 months. We love this refrigerator much better for the space. It is also a better fit for us.

Dear Samsung, I’m so disappointed, and feel very unseen and unheard. My brand new, TWO MONTH OLD fridge has been broken for a month due to a broken compressor. A technician came to diagnose it, and said he would be back in a week with a new compressor. This sounded inconvenient— I have a baby and a toddler, and having a fridge is especially important for their health and diet needs. But I know that things happen sometimes and so I was gracious and patient. A week went by and the technician came back, but to his surprise the new compressor was also damaged. It would be another week before he could get a second replacement. Another week without a fridge for my family. But these things happen, and I decided to stay positive and patient. (All while feeding my family Ramen noodles and soup from a can for another week). Well today we got a call that the new compressor came, and lo and behold it is ALSO damaged. Three damaged compressors. A month without a fridge. And to top it off, Thanksgiving is next week and we are hosting my entire family at my house. I was frustrated but confident that if we called Samsung, surely they would help make this right. But I was wrong. Where I was expecting to be met with compassion, I got coldness. There was “nothing they could do.” I talked to four different people, and brought up different solutions. Expedite the new compressor, replace the fridge, refund the fridge. Nothing. I feel like I’m being held hostage by Samsung’s poor customer service. I was made to feel as if my concerns weren’t valid, but it is not right to wait a month for my brand new fridge to work. I have babies who need milk. I have typically been a fan of Samsung products- my three year old even has our Samsung washing machine song memorized. But I’m so frustrated and disappointed that I honestly don’t know if I’d purchase anything from Samsung again.
