Customer Ratings & Reviews

Having the four sections, one of which is interchangeable to refrigeration and freezer storage is great. The freezer has large enough pull out drawers and two size automatic ice cube trays which is convenient to choose from. The refrigerator doors have extra large bins and on the left side where the water dispenser is has a neat feature that you can open only the front section and pull out things without having to go all the way in the fridge. The main fridge is deep and provides adjustable shelving. The family hub screen has become invaluable in providing recipes and quick references to answers even playing Spotify while cooking. The fridge plays a pleasant sound when the doors are left open and actually takes a picture of everything you remove or replace I the fridge. If the item isn’t recognizable you can even type in a specific name for that item. Samsung really has thought of everything. If I had to complain about something I would say that the screen shows every finger print and after three weeks the water dispenser still has a bit of a weird taste but I imagine that will clear out the more we use it. Although you can change the glass panels to match your individual taste the white glass is elegant and complements our stainless steel appliances very well. Overall a great purchase and we replaced an extra large Monogram fridge for this Samsung and are quite pleased with this design.

We got open box “excellent”, it has sticky sticker stuff from the display tags on it. Also the left door opening sensor doesn’t work. (Yes it opens when you wave your hand nearby AND voice command!!) Will get someone out eventually to fix it but that takes time and scheduling and sitting around for 8 hours. The features are neat but disappointing that you can’t ADD any other apps. And it’s all android based. We use the bottom right as additional fridge space. I thought I’d like the option of not having a freezer drawer but I find myself having to sit on the floor to reach in the little freezer space. LOVE the automatic refillable water pitcher. Wish there were other ice options, it’s just cubes (normal size and small size) no crushed option and no “good” crunchy ice that we all dream about. That’s about it. Even all the gripes I think it’s a fun fridge. White reminds me of a storm trooper.

"As an avid tech enthusiast and a home cook who loves to keep things organized, the Samsung Bespoke refrigerator with the Family Hub screen has been a game-changer for my kitchen. I was initially drawn to its sleek, customizable design, but the technology inside is what truly sets it apart. The Family Hub screen is more than just a novelty—it's the central command center for my home. I can effortlessly create shopping lists, look up recipes, and even mirror what's on my Samsung TV while I'm cooking. The internal cameras are surprisingly useful; I can check my fridge's contents from my phone at the grocery store, which has saved me countless trips and a lot of money on forgotten items. The integration with other smart home devices is seamless, and I love being able to control my lights and thermostat directly from the fridge. Beyond the tech, the refrigerator's performance is top-notch. The cooling is consistent, and the flexible compartments allow me to customize the space to fit everything from large platters to a week's worth of produce. The beverage center is a fantastic feature, providing quick and easy access to filtered water and ice. The ice maker is efficient and the ice is always clear and ready. This is more than just a refrigerator; it's a smart appliance that has genuinely improved my daily routine. It's a significant investment, but for anyone who values design, technology, and convenience, the Samsung Bespoke with the Family Hub is well worth it. Best Buy's service was also excellent, with a smooth delivery and installation process."

Outselling fridge! Upgraded from 2019 Samsung smart hub but this is way nicer! Love the beverage center and the water container that comes with it . The large screen is good for watching news in the morning when I’m getting ready for work. Overall a great experience.

The four door is sleek. It’s like having 4 mini refrigerator in one. Especially the bottom freezer doors is creative. No need to stack up food one on top of the other. Auto door open is innovative but really not usual as it’s slow to open. 3rd door can be a fridge or a freezer that’s innovative as well. The built in water pitcher is handy and time saving as the water is filled automatically. Finally, AI scanner (to know what’s inside and what’s not) has taken this to all new level knowing what’s in the refrigerator so as to know what to buy. Initially, the scanning sound was annoying but once we see the results we just ignore the scan pings. Honestly, I haven’t used this feature extensively.

Samsung Bespoke white with monitor is cool. This is an upgrade to our 2014 samsung french door ref which had issue with freezer or ice maker. hopefully this will last to 15 years or more. wish: they would add cover for ice for sanitary reason.

For almost 2 months we used,I honestly overwhelmed and super nice to use, especially for my kids because they are so smart for this, Yes very reliable ice makers, effective temperature control , and very convenience, we really amaxed with the fingerprint - resistant opener very friendly redge and we love it so much.

Very nice Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. It is very spacious, looks great and has a lot features than the previous model I had. AI technology. auto open and . Love the screen size. Also the new location if the ice maker is a great choice. I was going to give it 4,stars because of the sound quality but this a refrigerator speaker. Overall it’s does the job.

This is the best fridge ever. Everything works as expected. Touch screen is amazing, AI tracks your food expiration dates so you have less food wasted it’s easier to keep track of what you have in the fridge. If you’re at the store, you can pull up the app and look inside your fridge to see what you have. This is actual AI that adds value to your daily life.
