My biggest gripe is that the water filter is inside of the fridge but I do like that the pitcher is in there. I also am constantly wiping off the finger prints. Other than that, the fridge looks very pretty and I actually really enjoy the touch screen part of it. It's nice to see when my water filter life is getting low and use it to set timers. I also enjoy seeing the recipes on the fridge. Pretty cool experience.

This fridge is fun! The secret beverage center and the computer tablet in the door is new to us. Its designed well for storage. The ice maker is in the freezer where it shpuld be and makes 2 sizes of ice cubes simultaneously dropping them in to their seperate bins. This is our first smart fridge and it is more than we expected. We love it!

We bought this fridge as an open item and it didn't have the panels with it, but we were able to order the color i wanted. So far, it has been a great fridge. There is plenty of space in both the fridge and freezer and the whole family loves the family hub.

We love this fridge and so do our kids! We have so much space for our items and is family-friendly. Helps keep everything organized and really enjoy the smart features that come along with it

Right off the bat, the "flipper" (the vertical bar that flips open and closed and seals the gap between the 2 fridge doors) did not flip properly. This left a huge gap that let the cold air pour out. See photo. The effort it took to get Samsung to send out a repairman was ridiculous. It is finally fixed...I hope. My big complaint is that the shelves are not adjustable. In order to accommodate a pitcher of iced tea, an ENTIRE SHELF had to come out. It could not be moved up to allow tall items to fit. See photo. So, for a fridge that should have tons of room for everything, it really doesn't.

Got this amazing fridge last Friday. Its been nothing but good news. I love this fridge and it makes me at ease while cooking when i can play misic or watch TV in the kitchen. My visitors are amazed also womdering what kind if fridge has a screen not to talk about online capability.

We are enjoying our new Fridge, especially our daughters. The kitchen is even more popular now because of the features on this fridge with the family hub.

The in-store purchase and delivery process were excellent. However, a third-party delivery service damaged my screen door without reporting the incident. Best Buy promptly replaced the door within three days of delivery, demonstrating exceptional service. A+++++

Excellent refrigerator, very spacious. Panels must be purchased separately which was surprising. And the app isn’t as easy to use on iPhone.

So far I’m in love! Giving Samsung a last chance. Previous Samsung having the ice in the refrigerator was a nightmare! it kept freezing, making it not able to dispense ice.

The fridge has been great. The screen has been great for us to use as entertainment during cooking or just hanging near the kitchen. The sound level for music is surprisingly loud which is great for cooking.

An amazing fridge that does everything and then some. It cooled down within an hour and was ready to use. Tons of space , sturdy doors, great materials and of course the magnificent Hub
