We almost didn't get a front loader due to our last one almost walking across the floor during the final spin (LG, we had two that did this). The Samsung is almost noiseless! The auto balancing mechanism really works well!

Love everything about my Samsung washer. It matches my Samsung Dryer and we are pleased with both. The brilliant blue color looks great in our newly remodeled laundry room. It uses less energy and detergent than my old Whirlpool top-loader which lasted 30 years. One of the greatest features is the chime that lets me know when my clothes are done washing. We are so pleased with all our Samsung products. Thanks Best Buy.

For the money you can’t beat this laundry set on sale. Never was a fan of top loads so I went with these platinum Samsung front loaders. Quiet simple and reliable

I am amazed at how the washer uses minimal water and the way it washes the laundry. I sit in front and watch it work.

I just got the washer so I have not used it much. It is aesthetically pleasing. It has the steam option built in. The clothes I washed so far seem to have come out quite clean. The normal cycle takes longer than my old top loading washer. Also you have to leave the door open in these front loading washers to avoid residue buildup and smell.

Excellent washer...holds very large loads, clothes come out clean and dry so not much time in the dryer. I haven’t used the steam wash yet so I can’t comment on that. I am very happy with this washer and glad I purchased this model. This is my second Samsung HE front load washer, the first lasted 9 years so I’m hoping this will last a little longer. It’s also very quiet so it would be good for main floor. I definitely would recommend this model washer.

This wash machine is quiet and cleans well. Uses a little more water than my last one. Has lots of options. Tells you after 40 washes so you can do a clean mode to wash the tub. This one you can set your own cycle so you can push two buttons and wash. Love this machine.

Replaced my 6.5 year old Maytag front loader. This unit works wonderfully. It's quick, efficient, and gentle. It does shake a bit (it's on those pedestals) when set on highest spin, but that is momentary. Very quiet (again except when revving up to highest spin-once at speed is still pretty quiet). Love the color.

I suggest you read manual front to back. This thing shook so bad. We/The Mr. Did not read to take off the packing something or other. Too cheap to pay for installation. So be sure to take them off befor using. The machine is excellent and we love the look. Have not used all settings yet

I've had front loading washers before. This one is the best so far. It is quiet until the final spin slows down, and that lasts a very brief time. Cleans very well and has a huge capacity. I look forward to many years with this machine.

Bought this with the matching electric dryer to stack as we have a very small closet for laundry. They work fine. Stacking was a pain and although the units measured seemed to fit, they didn't fit unless the dryer was side-vented. The stacking kit actually makes the dryer sit a bit over the back of the washer. The side-venting of the dryer was a nightmare. They're also extremely heavy. I also have difficulty seeing the control panel of the dryer as it's tilted upwards and I'm 5'5". I wouldn't suggest getting this pair unless they're used side-by-side. Otherwise, I'm happy with them and they seem to do a decent job on laundry with a large capacity and quiet operation.

I bought this during the November sales for $650 before taxes and purchased 5 year Geek Squad for peace of mind as front loaders regardless of the brand or manufacturer aren't as reliable as the old top loaders our parents had with agitators that used gallons and gallons and gallons of water. This machine requires so little detergent (only use high efficiency) that it blows my mind how it even cleans things so well. I use the steam function for nearly every load because hot water in my building is horrible and not reliable at all. I love that my clothes come out 99% dry on the highest (1300rpm) rinse setting. It's an incredibly quite and very efficient machine and it's so little water you'll think you're hoses aren't fully open to feed enough water to the machine. Trust me it knows when more water is needed based on the amount of clothes or the cycle you select. Dry the window and rubber seal inside the machine as there will be water left. Use the recommended amount of high efficiency detergent only no more. Use steam more often then using harsh chemicals like bleach. Leave the door open after each wash to dry and prevent mold growth. Run a self clean cycle once a month or every other month based on use. Clean the filter and detergent tray within the same period for odor and mold prevention.

great washer. the steam works great. user friendly.it does not take much space.it leaves cloth clean. great option for cycles. maintenance is only pressing one bottom.very cost effective. the only down size is that you need to have the right plumbing for connection at delivery.the connecting tube for the dirty water has to go up above ground level. delivery men will not connect to anything at ground level. need to read guide book for plumbing requirements.do not leave this detail to salesperson or consultant.

We have always had either Maytag or Kenmore machines, and always top loaders. This is our first Samsung and our first front-loader. So far we have found the cleaning results are superior to the other washers. It's quiet, it looks good and it appears to be of even higher quality than the Maytags or Kenmores we have had.
