I have really enjoyed this washer! I've had it for about a month now, and everything seems to be working smoothly. I absolutely LOVE how simple it is to use-- incredibly user friendly. No agitator, so it's kinder to your clothes. It is a bit hard for me to reach the bottom of the drum (I'm only 5'2) but I remedied this with a stool for a slight boost. I went onto Samsung's website and they recommended powder detergent(less sudsy) so that's what I've been using and I haven't had an issue with longer than expected run times for any selected option. Thanks to another reviewer, I have been using cleaning vinegar instead of fabric softener (which has been working so well) to help decrease chances of mold or wasteful water rinsing cycles. I adore the cute jingle when the wash is complete, it just makes me smile. I actually look forward to doing laundry with the set. Happy I purchased the 5yr extended warranty though, as the manufacturers warranty expired even before it was delivered.

I love my new washer. It gets the clothes very clean and is very quiet. All the different settings are very useful!

From the moment it was delivered it was great. First, basement floor is slanted. The adjustable feet made it easy to level the washer with a small leveler. Then once it plugged up it’s flashy and beautiful. The color scheme is a great choice. It washes clothes great, they smell like the fabric softener when done, the spin cycle spins super fast but extra remely quiet. My favorite features are the separate bins for bleach, detergent, and fabric softener. There is a max for each one which stops the youngins from pouring a half bottle in each load. It calibrates before every load by determining the weight of the load and trying to shift it evenly. This feature is fancy but adds to the already long wash times. Do yourself a favor and load clothes as evenly as possible. In summary, I think everything is great about this washer with the exception of the very long wash times. (Guess it’s a no agitator thing!)

I am absolutely in LOVE with this washer! It is super quiet and very big! I couldn't have asked for a better washer! Especially when I had it delivered, it was very quick and easy! They were in and out and everything was ready to go! No complaints what so ever!

This Washer is very nice Quality and is a pleasure to use . I just got rid of a 3 yr old Maytag that fell apart. For a little more money than a Maytag there is no Comparison.. This Machine is a bargin and works Great. No need to spend anymore $

This is a great product! I have roommates so I love the separate section for the detergent and bleach. The different wash cycles are nice as well! Very glad we updated!

Hooked it up seems to work great, Wife loves it. Only time will tell.....

Our GE washer died and we decided on this Samsung. Much larger than our old one and definitely higher tech with its digital display and settings.

This washer has a great tub size. Love the catchy tune when a load is finish. Like when the machine light up to remind you to self cleaning.

Worst Samsung product ever. A washer that doesn’t clean the clothes after 80min of water and power consumption is ridiculous. How BB ended up selling this without proper research?

Purchased this washer and had it installed by the Geek Squad a month ago. So far so good. It is easy to work, has plenty of load options, and the capacity of how much it holds works great for us. While we only use it for 2 people, its already been put to work trying all the options with queen size comforters and bedding, deer hunting suits, and such. The other thing I love is how quiet this washer is. Our laundry room is off the kitchen & living room with no door to close it off. The only thing we hear is the music it plays to say the wash is done. Compared to the Maytag HE washer I previously had which was extremely loud and annoying, this is so quiet when it rebalances. Also one issue I really hated with my Maytag was how twisted and wrinkled the clothes came out of washer. The Samsung does not have that problem, clothes come out with hardly any water left in them yet not twisted & wrinkled and doesn’t need to be ironed like I use to have to do with the Maytag. I want to give it 5 stars but am holding off just because we’ve only had it for a month and I want to see how it holds up long term before saying 5 stars.

I did my homework before I made my purchase. It has been 17 years since I bought a washer. This Samsung is great. My family of four's clothes have not been this clean for a while. The washer is quiet, efficient and easy to use...my 13 year old is doing the laundry now. I would recommend this washer for any family.

Before purchasing this washer, I looked at all the possibilities in my price range. This included reading some reviews, comparing prices at different stores, capacities and features etc. I decided on this washer for its large capacity, features, and price. After ordering it, I read even more reviews on it. That's when I wondered if I had made a mistake. Lots of the reviews were less than favorable. I decided I would make up my own mind when I got the washer and used it. And used it. And used it. I mean multiple heavy uses with full loads and with all settings. After putting it through the paces of my normal "routine" I concluded that this washer is well worth it. It cleans my clothes quietly and quickly. I have not experienced any of the problems that others mentioned in their reviews. One word of caution however when buying a large capacity washer. If you don't buy the dryer that it is supposed to be paired with (which I didn't because my old dryer still works fine) it may not be worth it. My dryer is too small to handle the full washed load, which I didn't even think about! DOOH! Oh well, I still love this washer.

We had a GE washer machine prior to this one and it is far better. Easy to use and not too tall for my 5 foot wife. Highly recommend it. Small note stay away from GE products as they are poorly made and don't last

Very quiet and roomy. We replaced our front load LG washer with this one and it seems much more efficient and is by far quite and smoother.

Purchased after my previous Samsung washer was recalled. Like the size and it is very quiet. Spins laundry well and so far I have no complaints. Was a very good price, lower than competitors.
