I think it's cute and nice very sleek!!!! The 28 minute wash cycle and dry cycle super speed is awesome and my favorite as someone who usually does their laundry right before I need to wear it! The only thing I have a problem with is when you just wanna throw something wrinkled and dry in the dryer to get the wrinkles out? I haven't been able to figure out how because it seems like the sensor senses that the garnet is dry and then it stops so it doesn't get hot or run long enough to let the wrinkles out. I love the self dispensing detergent and softener!!! It is so wonderful because it's not actually really using that much detergent. I've only had to fill it twice so far… And my clothes smell so good still and I'm actually using the suggested amount vs when I would do laundry I would dump it in without measuring! So my detergents are lasting us wayyy longer.

So far, so good. I initially wanted to get the vented AIO washer/dryer to replace a 12 year Samsung set but after reading the reviews about the drying, I decided the Laundry Hub would work. I didn't want two spaces taken up in my laundry room as I wanted to put my upright freezer in there as well to get out of the garage. LOVE the much improved vibration reduction technology. Although the front load washer I bought 12 years ago to replace a unit I bought 5 years earlier {moved into a new house and wanted new appliances} had VRT, it is almost as if there is no vibration in the spin cycle in comparison to the older unit. My wife loves the notifications in the app as well as the settings capability. The notifications reduces the amount of time committed to Laundry when you forget that you had laundry going and it stays in the machine for an hour or two when another cycle could have been going. My only wish is that there was a pedestal with storage for this. I would have then given it 5 stars

This Washer and Dryer Stack set is Awesome. I do believe it is even better with the Samsung Smartthings features utilized for optimum experience. The Automatic Dispensing system (you fill the detergent, softner and bleach (if used) compartments) the machine uses just the right amount of detergent to meet its specific needs and the AI Wash and Dryer features are outstanding, it detects your soil level and adjusts the Wash time for less or heavily soiled items and will send you notifications on the time change and amount of time left. The Dryer works the same way with Dry times. You can start the dryer or washer remotely if you so choose. The wash quality is very high and consistent. We are extremely happy with our purchase!

We love it is a silent dryer and washer. I can leave my clothe washing while I watch my favorite TV show and the app lets me know when my laundry is ready. It fits perfectly and I'm really happy with my washer and dryer. Best purchase ever.

Its a good machine and very quiet. I dont even realize its running and actually only know its done with the chime

I’ve been using the Samsung stackable washer and dryer for a few months now, and overall, I’m really satisfied. The washer is quiet, efficient, and does a great job cleaning clothes. The dryer dries fast and evenly, and both units have modern features like steam and smart controls. They’re a great space-saving option, especially in smaller laundry areas. The controls are easy to use, and the sleek design looks good in the home. Only minor downside is that the touch panel can be sensitive, but it’s not a dealbreaker. Overall, a solid, reliable set that makes laundry much easier. Would recommend!

When item was delivered it was damaged and out the box. I was told by store manager I’d get a new one due to previous unit delivered 2 weeks prior was defective. The people who delivered it refused to install due to a vent. Had to call and talk to 2 managers at corporate team and 5 car’s due to claiming they couldn’t transfer me to manager to get it installed. Also, a manger told me I could get dents and scratches fixed but that was a lie too. He scheduled both appointments one to get installed and the other to get dents and scratches fixed but only got installed when I called back to corporate again to speak to manager 3 car’s refused. So now I’m stuck with a dented /scratched up unit! Horrible service. I wish your company would make this right.i even emailed your CEO and got no assistance!

The washer is quiet, smooth, and has plenty of settings, but what I love most is how gentle it is on clothes while still getting everything spotless. I’ve run everything from towels to delicate shirts, and it somehow handles both perfectly. The design also feels premium — that brushed black finish looks sleek and modern without standing out too much. The dryer is equally impressive. It dries fast but doesn’t roast the clothes, and the sensor-dry feature actually works — no more over-dried T-shirts or damp jeans hiding in the back. The controls are intuitive, and I really like being able to check status or get notifications from my phone when a cycle finishes. Altogether, this set feels like a small luxury. It’s not just about washing and drying, it’s about not having to think about it. It runs quietly in the background and gets everything done right the first time. Definitely worth the investment if you want a laundry setup that feels both high-tech and reliable.

I love the features on this unit, its capacity and stacked design. The AI feature selects the best settings based on tge load so I don't have to worry about forgetting to change settings. The notifications on my phone let me know when to change the loads and the capacity handles large towel loads with ease!

Awesome washer and dryer. We had to finally buy a new unit after our (first set as a couple) bit the dust. I didn’t think I’d like the stackable but it works well in smaller spaces. It took a while to get used to the features but I love that you can customize your loads and has the Smart Appliance feature.

The washer/dryer is very nice looking and seems to work well. However, I think that aspects of the Samsung design here are practically insane and very very exasperating. The washer very nicely announces to me on my Amazon Echo that my wash is done. When I go to move the wash from the washer to the dryer, however, I cannot. The door is locked. Is there a button to unlock the door? No. Does the user manual tell me how to unlock the door? No. Do I have to crouch uncomfortably in front of the washer for several minutes pushing buttons, unintentionally restarting and stopping the washer until I finally figure out some mysterious and non-repeatable combination of button presses that finally unlocks the door and allows me access to my laundry? Yes. Is Samsung incapable of understanding hiw insane and exasperating this might be for people who have just spent $2000 for a new high-tech washing machine? I guess so. Probably for the same reason that their installation instructions are so utterly vague and unhelpful. Be sure to level the unit on installation even though there’s no way to know how or which way to turn the fiddly nearly inaccessible screw feet to do so. “Good luck with that” says Samsung, who just couldn’t care less how frustrated you might be. “We make billions of dollars a year but can’t afford to hire a sentient being who can write instructions.” If you don’t believe me, go to their website and try to find out how to unlock your washing machine so you can transfer the clothes to the dryer. I promise you that whatever you find out will not work and the washer will still be locked. Good luck with that!

Works great! The multi load detergent dispenser is really convenient. Nice having the controls between the two machines.

Living in an apartment is rough...Especially when the washer and dryer are in the kitchen. This thing has been a blessing! It holds an average sized load, has smart wash with an automatic setting for the dryer, Connects to Wi-Fi so you can get alerts while you're away, and has a drum cleaning cycle (so you don't get that front-loader smell like the old ones used to get). Not an issue, but the drum cleaning takes over an hour. It really has been a great washer/dryer combo...way better than those top load stackables for apartments that can only wash about 6 pair of jeans...and forget washing a comforter in one of those!

NOTE: I bought Model:WH46DBH500EVA3 SKU:6569245. After it was delivered - to my surprise - I found out the (top) dryer unit DOES NOT have steam dry - so no cold water hose hookup. I still wanted the unit so let them install it. The dryer has many settings - for standard dry (1hr 15 mins), there is no heat for the first 10-15 mins - maybe this is a cost saving feature (not sure). Although, the machine (I believe) senses clothes are dry, and finishes well before hand. I was able to also install a drip pan (stainless steel) underneath. The dryer vent hook up kit was not very rigid, and the installers ripped it in a couple places so it was leaking hot air all over the place. No silver tape as well during the install either - I will be calling Geek Squad to remedy this. All around - this unit is beautiful and has a pretty large capacity - enough to do comforters as well.

Super quiet and the capacity is amazing for something that fits in such a tight space. Really takes care of your clothes. Super amazing system. Love the app too.
