I went through a good number of screens before I found this one, including many purpose built computer monitors to no avail. I tried UHD and QHD, nothing I tried felt like a significant upgrade from my old LG 27" 1080p screens that I had three of in a triple screen setup. I was working with a good deal of real estate already, so I wanted something that could provide more. I tried out a few 27" 4K screens, everything was too small. I tried some 1440p screens, I wasn't impressed. I tried out an LG 4K IPS TV and I couldn't seem to find a happy place with the color settings. Then, I decide to try out this Samsung 40" 4K... and IT'S AMAZING! Of all the screens I tried (at least 6) this one has the best color reproduction and clarity with my Windows 10 system. I am running it from my ASUS Dual GTX1060 and it achieves 60Hz which is fine for me since I don't do a lot of gaming, mostly production. 40" is a really nice size for running 4K on your PC, a lot of real estate and the pixel density is great. The HDR mode on this TV give a very nice depth to your picture and the contrast is also very very good on this VA panel. I absolutely love the voice control remote, it's simple and now I don't like using the other remotes in my house because this one has spoiled me with it's ease of use and the button feel. Even the way this screen looks when it's off, that is to say the aesthetics, is great... it's a good looking TV both on and around the screen, looks very high end as compared to many other screens at comparable prices. I cannot recommend this screen enough for computer use, but of course it's excellent as a smart TV too. I just wanted to review it as a computer screen first and foremost because that will be my primary use of this 4K TV. There are some excellent reviews of the model on YouTube, in fact watching the review a friend of mine did on this TV is what made me decide to give it try, glad I did because I don't think I could go back to using anything under 40" @ 4K. Try it out, see what you think if you want a great screen for productivity... gamers might want something over 60Hz, but games still look amazing on this screen and are very playable @ 60Hz for me personally.

Beautiful picture. Easy to setup and use. Nice remote. Great features. Connect to wifi or hot spot fast. Easy recognizes other equipment. Haven't tried all the features yet, but what i 've used have been great!!!!!!!

My first smart tv. Easy to set up. Good picture. Bought a Samsung sound bar to go with it. Remote control sound button confusing until I figured out toggle. Optical cable - remove white protectors first. All the things I learned by trial and error with this tv are more common place now. Beats the heck out of my 15 year old 20 inch tv!

Upgraded from a Samsung 32" 1080p (2015). I like the increased contrast and color quality. Seeing as most UHD blu-Ray players are at least as expensive as this set, I am holding out on 4k content. So far I have enjoyed screen sharing with my Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Hulu and Youtube look great! For anyone looking to start exploring 4k and all it has to offer, this TV is a great fit. I use my old Samsung remote from the aforementioned 2015 set. I did not like the smart remote.

My previous unit (another brand) was affected by lightning and I needed to buy another. Prices are down considerably from a few years ago for the same size set. Each of my other 2 TVs are 4K smart units, and have excellent pictures. This new one is no exception, and the big plus point for me is the sound. Partly because I spent many years in the broadcast radio industry listening through very good studio speakers, and partly because I'm now an older American (hearing not as sharp as years ago) I find the listening very enjoyable; I did not have to go into settings and fiddle with the treble and bass settings. Straight from the factory it sounds just right !!! Almost forgot to mention the small, easy to use remote.

There are many TV sizes and since I have relocated many times over the years I wanted something that could be easily carried in such event. TV is well built, stands out and has many cool features. It auto updates and let you organize your favorite APPS in the main screen. To date I have no cable and am using the TV with online streaming hooked up straight to WiFi. So far great experience.

I purchased this TV to double as a computer monitor. I live and work out of a travel trailer camper. Being limited on space the flatscreen TV meets my requirements. Being 4K I am able to turn the resolution up to limit any pixelation when connected to my computer. I am very happy with my purchase.

Enjoying the smart TV programming and features. More complicated than my old analog Samsung but fairly easy to learn.

Great tv at a super low price. even tho I didn’t get a stand or remote. Staff was able to tell me how to downlod the app on my phone and use that as the remote.

This Samsung TV has great color. It was the largest model that would fit perfectly in a wood entertainment cabinet we wanted to continue using. It was very easy to set up and hook to our U-verse system. Price seemed reasonable.

This Samsung TV is just the best for this size, definition and price. The smart TV and connect features are way better than any TV I've seen (in this price range) it found my phone easily without having to download more apps onto my phone.. Compared to my other smart tv this one is farther from my wifi but way faster opening and accessing the features. the ease of setup was amazing it found my devices from hdmi plug in literally took me 5 minutes out of box to hook up my Xbox, firestick, and Nintendo switch. The picture is great and switching devices is quick and easy with the simple excellent remote. Sound is defined sounds better than my living room soundbar. Just a great TV for the bedroom. I really couldn't be happier.

We have had this TV for a little over a month and love it. It has an excellent picture quality and sound. We like the smart TV features. It is easy to scroll through the choices for TV and internet sites. Only criticism is the remote which is small and not intuitive. Fortunately we use FIOS and prefer their traditional remote. We are enjoying our Samsung Smart 4K Ultra HD TV and are glad we purchased it.

This was a gift for my son's college dorm, it is great! He loves it! It was very easy to set up and assemble. The picture is awesome! Like the Samsung with the stand that has the center stand bracket, instead of two legs on each side. The sound always is a concern for us when buying a TV, but this one is perfect for his dorm. No sound bar needed.

We were limited on space so went with the 40 Class (39.5 Diag.) 4K Ultra HD. Its LED - 2160p picture is superb. We've always thought Samsung is a leader on picture quality. We enjoy this Smart TV as we like to stream via the wi-fi. Was easy to install and set up and also run. Can't go wrong with the Samsung.

I really love this tv. IT does not have the high dynamic range that is automatic on the higher models advertised ,however it does have this feature when you go to picture menu YOU JUST HAVE TO TURN IT ON!!) I CAN SURF ALL MY FAVORITE SITES ,YOUTUBE ,FACE BOOK,AMAZON .USEING THE On BOARD APPS.THE PICTURE AND SOUND ARE GREAT!!AND AT THE $399 PRICE FOR A SAMSUNG 40"ULTRA HD 4K TV I COULDNT PASS ON IT. THE model was (un40mu6300fxza) i bought it durring the pre black friday sale in june!!the remote takes a little getting used to and i would recomend changing the channels with your cable tv remote if you have cable..but overall i am xtreamly satified with this television!

Samsung has created a great product with this TV. The set has a bright crisp picture. I found the setup routine to be straightforward, intuitive and fast. My favorite feature is the extended BlueTooth capability that allows the connection of an audio headset. This makes the TV exceptional for a workout room. I don't understand why every manufacturer hasn't added this feature. The remote is different and my only complaint is that it doesn't have numbers for direct channel choice. But the transition between normal viewing and smart functions is quick and smooth. I'm very happy with this purchase.

It's super sharp and the colors are just beautiful. Everything looks so alive!! Like I could reach inside the tv and touch people! The only negative thing I could say is I'm not too fond of the remote. It looks almost like my firestick remote so I get them confused;) Also, the sound bar is tricky as I end up hitting the mute on it. But, that's a small thing. I had originally bought an LG but the legs on it didn't fit on my current tv stand. So, that's another reason I like Samsung because you don't have to worry about the size of your tv stand if you go a little bigger on the tv. Stand is in the middle of the tv. LG's are on the end of each side of the tv. Not too smart there:)
