I really like this smart TV. It communicates to my other devices like blu ray player. When I turned off the TV then it turns off my blu ray player as well. It remembers your activity for easy access. The 1080p of this for me its not that crystal clear compared to other brand but overall Im happy with the unit.

I will always stay with Samsung products. Price was great and ordering online and being able to drive up to Best Buy and pick up and drive away was the best. My TV was sitting at the register when I walked in. Great service!

I've liked Samsung in the past but the last two televisions I've bought haven't lasted very well. This model went ten months and was unwatchable, before that it preformed well enough and I was happy with it. It's been three weeks since I first contacted Samsung for warranty work. It took a week and a half for a service call to try and repair it but they had the wrong part. It was deemed not repairable at that time and I was told I would be given a replacement set. It's been another thirteen days and no communication from the company. I don't consider that adequate customer service. Not Best Buys problem or the service company, it's all on Samsung.

I decided to upgrade to a 50" tv so I bought another Vizio. The problem was that the color and image immediately dissipated when viewing from even a slight side angle. I had heard good things about Samsung and looked at every tv out there and read the reviews. I eventually decided to go with the 43". It's fantastic. It retains its picture from a side angle beautifully. Plus it has a center stand for easy shifting. Easy set-up and beautiful color.

i am very pleased with the television, it fits right in the living room and its NOT too large and not to small, picture quality is pretty good. I could not get a super size tv due to limited space so this fit just right and the price seemed very reasonable. I am happy so far and my parents are in there 60's and they like there tv. I bought this for them. they seem very happy with it , the tv works well in low def and high definition viewing. my parents like low definition shows since they are old lol

Bought this TV for my bedroom, thus it's not hooked up to cable or anything else, I only use it for the Smart functions. The TV works well, the picture is great, the sound is as expected straight out of the TV. My only quarrel is that the smart functions are slow. When you turn the TV on, you have to wait 2-3 minutes before you can open any of the Smart apps. And the loading speed inside the apps is slower than usual (compared to using netflix through my Xbox One). Not at all a dealbreaker, just something good to know before buying it. I got it on sale for $250, wouldn't have bought it for over $350 in light of the speed performance but for what I paid I am happy with my purchase.

Excellent TV and at a very nice price point. If you really want a “smart TV” I would probably pass on this one. We found the interface very clunky, actual apps offered were few unless you are into paying for every last thing you watch and an alarming number of very odd and shifty looking foreign company apps that are the main apps pushed by the system. The interface in places is NOT intuitive and no decent assistance is offered by the Help. If you just would like a good TV that functions well with Roku type devices, antennas, etc this is a great choice. We are not extreme TV watchers and have no need for extremes in our TVs. This TV has rich colors and keeps up with dynamic scenes very well. There are more glare issues than we had with our last TV but we found the correct position and settings and the glare is minimal. We can not speak much to the quality of the speakers as we use it with a sound bar. Works very well with our sound bar. The brief time we used the internal speakers made us believe that the internal speakers are not that great.

My much smaller TV was almost 9 years old. I gave myself this bigger tv for my Birthday and Christmas gift. It was so affordable marked down half price I didn't even need my son's help to charge it on my own credit card. But my son saved me a lot by installing it for me. I love my smart TV. Thank you Best Buy.

Really pleased with this TV. Good size for a bedroom or smaller family room. Able to quickly set up and connect to my cable TV box. Picture is sharp and crisp. Liked the stand. The center position of the stand allows the TV to be placed on a smaller table or cabinet. All in all, a good purchase.

Tv was a perfect fit for a difficult tv stand. Great picture. Easy to use.

This is my first flat screen tv and the 43 inch is the perfect size. I wish there were a few more pre installed apps. Some people complained about the sound but I think it's great. One of the features that helped me decide on this model is the wide center stand which is very sturdy and I like better than the cheap looking plastic feet most models are made with. The picture is excellent, I set it to dynamic and it's perfect for anything I watch. I called Samsung and this is a 2016 model. I highly recommend this tv.

I purchased this tv during a Black Friday week. I got it a great price plus I've always been a Samsung fan. This tv is 3" larger than the one I replaced it with but I like the fact that it's slimmer so I'd be able to still fit in the cabinet and not have make any adjustments. It's user friendly, easy to make hdmi connections and plus has a brilliant picture for playing video games or just watching tv. This is a great buy for someone who's a Samsung fan and who just wants a simple hdtv led tv with great smart features before deciding to upgrade to 4k ultra.

Samsung 43" LED Smart HDTV has excellent picture quality, easy to set up, and great features. I was upgrading from a 9 year old Samsung LED TV and am extremely happy with the picture quality. It is an unusual size and fits perfect on the small wall. The smart TV features are easy to use and make viewing that much more enjoyable.

I researched this TV quite a bit before purchasing. I bought the TV around Black Friday and since there were so many deals being offered by various retailers, I just wanted to make sure I was getting the best TV at the best price. I've never been disappointed by a Samsung TV, which in my opinion, is the most superior TV brand. This purchase was no exception. No, it's not a 4K (truthfully, not THAT much of a difference) but the quality exceeds the other TVs that I saw in person while doing my research.

Unlike my Samsung 40" this does not run the newest Samsung Smart TV software and cannot be updated so it is missing out on apps like HBO, etc. If you are using this for cord cutting you'll have to shell out for an Apple TV, Roku, Google Cast or Amazon Fire dongle to make it truly Smart. Picture is good, speakers are average, software is a 1 star.

It has a great picture, easy to use, rather than cable we use Roku and it is great, and I love the stand. Fits on anything!

Great screen quality and brightness. SMART functions are easy to use and seem natural. Only compliant was it was difficult to adjust screen display to get full picture.

We recently online purchased a Samsung 43" LED Smart HDTV to replace a Samsung that was irreparably damaged in an accident. We couldn't have chosen better. The images are crisp, the colors are bright and installation and set up were a breeze. We currently own 4 Samsung Smart TV's including a 65" 4K UHD. If you're not in the market for a 4K this model is the perfect balance between picture quality, reliability and price. We neglected initially to purchase the extended warranty but Customer Service was knowledgeable, helpful and was able to provide us with the help we needed without any fuss. We needed some additional help and the Customer Service representative was able to direct us immediately to the technical support we requested. In store pick up was quick and convenient. Overall a really positive experience and makes the decision where to make future purchases easy. They'll be made at Best Buy!!!

Overall, it does its job. It’s not the most excellent picture when watching cable but is clear for Netflix for some reason. The only complaint I have is trying to get into Netflix or any of the smart apps almost never works the first try I have to exit out and retry again about a minimum of 3 times every single time I use the TV so it’s like a poor connection between the smart side of the TV and the regular. Perfect size for living room on a positive note.

No problems, great TV. Samsung 43 inch LED smart TV. Great picture quality, operation of controls is easy, options of NEXFLIX is available on this TV. Size is right for smaller rooms. We placed the TV in our computer room which is a smaller area, than a living room, where a real large Samsung TV would be a better option. This would be a great bedroom size TV. Samsung TVs are very high quality in our opinion.
