Just picked up a new TV from Best Buy and I'm totally blown away! The picture is absolutely incredible—colors pop like crazy, and the samsung software makes it easy to manuver, it makes everything look super real. Setting it up was a total breeze; I had it hooked up to my smart home in minutes, no sweat. The smart features are slick and fast, so jumping into Netflix or Hulu is a piece of cake. The sound is solid on its own, but I love that I can tweak it for whatever I'm watching. Honestly, this TV has completely leveled up my movie nights. Best purchase I've made in a while!

I recently bought a Samsung Smart TV, and I’m absolutely impressed with the quality. The picture is amazing, with super vibrant colors and contrast that makes everything look more realistic. Watching movies and series on it feels like a whole new experience—almost like being in a cinema! The sound also surprised me; it’s well-balanced and powerful, and I don’t even need extra speakers. Dialogues are crystal clear, and the sound effects make everything more immersive. Another thing I loved is the design. It’s super elegant, with thin bezels that give my living room a modern touch. Plus, the performance is really fast—apps open without lag, and navigation is super intuitive. You can switch between apps quickly and even play games without losing quality. Without a doubt, this was one of the best purchases I’ve made—I highly recommend it!

The good: Slim, lightweight, Brilliant OS, One intuitive remote, great color, stunning picture in quality 4k The not-so-good: Black not as deep as possible, lack of true quality 4k content Samsung makes a really great product with this TV. It’s very slim and lightweight – I hung our 55” without any help from anyone, if that gives you an idea. The OS and interface are great – you can get anywhere you want to go in a few clicks. As a matter of fact, the OS and apps are so good that we have stopped using our Fire TV stick (we own 4 – now only 3 are in use) because we found it more convenient than switching back and forth between inputs and using two remotes. This is saying something, because we’ve been Fire TV fans from day 1 and own a stick for every TV in the house. The remote itself is just as brilliant as the OS and is also a match for the FireTV remote – we use the Samsung as our sole remote now. Despite the low price, this thing has incredible color and picture quality. You’d expect that for an affordable TV you would get a noticably lower quality picture, but you just don’t. With quality 4k content (for example, Sir David Attenborough’s Netflix content), you can tell the difference 4k makes without having something to compare it to. Only a couple of complaints here. The blacks on this TV aren’t as deep as the more expensive sets out there. However, we weren’t interested in paying 5 times as much for an OLED just for deeper blacks. There is also a distinct lack of content out there that’s true 4k with the brilliant picture quality and insane color like you’ve been conditioned to expect. Plenty of content is technically 4k nowadays, and quality is decent, but the picture quality simply doesn’t pop like you’d think it should. Neither of these two complaints are the fault of Samsung’s product here – just facts of life to be aware of while shopping. Bottom line, we will go for a Samsung TV next time we need one, no question. Samsung does make a great product, and this is a prime example of that fact.

The picture quality is excellent was easy to set up. We mounted ours but not to the wall. Have thoroughly enjoyed it much better than the other tv I had. The remote control stopped working about 2 1/2 months after I bought the tvI had to contact support and they were wonderful to work with and they are sending out another remote.

i stay alone in the outskirts of NJ. And this baby has been a lifesaver. i wake up in the mornings and switch it on with some wonderful music over samsung TV plus. Always has my fav albums. it has everything you need including apple TV, netflix, disney, amazon prime, youtube. and the picture quality is so amaxing, i have goosebumps when watching Marvel because its HD ultra. Also, The brightness adjusts according to the room lights and your eyes. This is the best investment i've made! And thanks BestBuy for the incredible discount!!! i'm really happy and satisfied with the product.

I love my TV Samsung. Quality color and sound i the best. And the size is perfect for my bedroom also. I had another one more bigger than now on my living room. And Best Buy is the best store for buy electronics.

We have owned Samsung TV for a while , we have the older version for self, this was bought for my parents as gift we do lovebit they love it also. Specially with integration of locale channels and the the line channels. Great sound and picture quality for the price

This tv does everything you could ask for! I'm going to buy another one for my garage, and watch my kid play hockey on another awesome samsung tv!

What I like about the TV is that the size is great and price. The lighting in the bedroom, holds up. Whether the room is dark or open in light doesn’t take away from the picture.

I upgraded my office TV from an LG with "Web OS" to this and could not be happier. The LG got great reviews here and AMZ so I went with it and couldn't understand. Faithful Samsung always comes through. This is a smaller version of my living room TV. They sync, easily switch to Bluetooth devices (when I want!) and the smart platform doesn't suck like the LG. I will stick with Samsung from now on. Low risk and high reward!

Service was great love my tv i actually purchased washer dryer and two TVs. Everything was good.

Tv works great. Delivery sucked. Left out front of my home. Clearly visible from the street with label facing the street. Placed right in front of a bin for packages that has a sign that reads " place all packages in bin. If too large, place under roof on back patio.

Excellent. Love the quality and the price was even better. We are so happy with this purchase.
