I live in a home that is less than 600 square feet. I needed a wall-mounted TV no bigger than 43" AND I wanted it to be esthetically pleasing - good luck, right. Wrong. This TV is GORGEOUS. In seconds I was able to display one of my own photos and it looks stunning. People enter and think it is just a lovely piece of framed art. When I say "no, it's the TV"...minds blown! I had it mounted by Best Buy and it is perfection. They were great from start to finish and the price was excellent.

Fabulous picture, best sound I have heard out of a flat screen. Mount is good too. Home screen and navigating to art picture rotation settings, etc. Is painful. Once set up I use my Amazon Fire stick as default for reaching various streaming services.

Wow well worth the price clarity is sharp and options of channels included made this a "Best Buy" no pun intended including the customer service with Geek squad. We will be replacing out other TV with this model and disconnect our cable service with DISH

This is a great tv. I use it in my dedicated office. The picture quality is excellent. Sound is decent for tv speakers. It would be great to have more free photo options!

Hookup was fairly simple. I mounted The Frame over my fireplace where I couldn’t run electricity so the control box with a thin wire to the tv was very handy and nearly invisible.

Never knew a tv could be this perfect. It is so easy to operate and the picture is the clearest I’ve ever seen.

I have only had this for about a week so far, it is a neat device. I have the 43 inch in a smaller room. I would love if it came with picture frame options, which you can purchase, but are extremely expensive. I will end up building my own frame from hardwood and stain it. Great collection of art available, however it is annoying that you pay $50 a year for the subscription. The device mounts really well, almost completely flush with the wall only a few mm space behind it. The most impressive aspect of this device is sound. The volume turns up extremly loud and fills the room. Seriously, the amount of sound that comes from this tv has to be using some sort of magic. I assumed that I would need a sound bar or speakers. During the day, it really does look like a picture on the wall. At night, it looks like a tv due to the backlit display. I do recommend this item if you want to make it look like you have a painting on the wall instead of a tv. The cable is very long and small, around the diameter of an optical sound cable, so very easy to hide. It is a grey/opaque color and blends well into normal wall colors. I plan on getting one of the large size ones in my living room when it is time for a new tv.

The frame tv is phenomenal! It sits flat against the wall and frees up space to use for other purposes. The wires are imbedded into the wall, the picture is great, and the sound is strong. I like that the remote is solar charged! The picture frame that completes the look is a bit pricey, but worth the additional expense.

Good picture. Good sound so far. My only issue is that sometimes it can be annoying to turn on and off. We love the way it sits flush on the wall.

We had been eyeing this for a while as people that don't really like the TV to be the center of the room, but also we have kids and sometimes you just need to have a movie night. This helps the room look more balanced and still gives us the TV option when we need it. Mounting the TV was very simple and the dock with all the ports being separate from the TV is very helpful. We put a hole in the wall behind the TV and dropped the cable down to another hole near the baseboard so there is no visible cable. If you don't do something similar I feel like it sort of lose the effect of the picture frame and defeat the purpose. TV set up was very easy and it looks great. The solar power remote is nice touch, but does have a USB-C charging port as well. Can't speak on longevity as we have only had it for a month+.

If you are looking for a television that completely transforms your living space from a sterile black rectangle into a gorgeous gallery piece, this is the gold standard. When it is in Art Mode, it genuinely looks like a real canvas painting or a framed photograph hanging on the wall, with virtually zero glare even in bright daylight. The inclusion of SamsungVision AI beautifully optimizes the picture quality and art presentation based on the room's lighting. As an actual television, the 4K QLED picture is sharp, vibrant, and incredibly crisp. The slim-fit wall mount is included right in the box, allowing it to hang completely flush against the wall just like a real picture frame. The smart interface is snappy, responsive, and makes it incredibly easy to switch between streaming your favorite shows and browsing the extensive art store. If you want a high-performance smart TV that doubles as a stunning piece of home decor, this is worth every single penny. It is an absolute home run. Highly recommend!

This is one of the funnest TV’s I’ve owned. It is so neat to see it hanging on the wall looking like an actual picture frame. The only drawback is the big black box that comes with it makes it hard to install in the wall to hide that big black box or you gotta run cables down the wall to store it on the floor. Even though the big black box is not convenient, the TV is beautiful.

Amazing Product with fast delivery. Love the Frame as it really sets off the room and sits flush with the wall. I also love that you can pick different bezels for the frame to match different rooms and decor.

It's streamlined, looks like a frame has really good clarity and regardless of its size makes a nice accent wall piece for any room.

The picture quality of the Samsung Frame TV is phenomenal, but that's the only good thing i can say about this misleadingly advertised piece of modern technology. The mounting process is excruciating because of the wall mounts, yes, two pieces, which are spaced in a way that you won't be able to tap into wall studs all the way around. Instead, you get to rely on drywall anchors. Next up is the Connect Box feature, which is the guts if the television. This device is super finicky and you'll receive power errors for no discernable reason, especially when trying to connect to a Nintendo Switch. It will take a dozen restarts to get the television to play nice with a Nintendo Switch or any other gaming system. Finally, we come to the Art feature, which is the flipping reason for buying the television. You'll find out quickly AFTER BUYING THE TV that you now have to pay for a subscription to access artwork to display on the television. Once you select either the $4.99/month or the $49/year package, Samsung grabs your debit/credit card number and establishes an account YOU CANNOT ACCESS even though you've paid for it and you can't cancel it. In fact, the television keeps asking me to purchase a subscription while the Samsung Smart Things app shows you have an account. The solutions from Samsung include a 5 minute power down and power up followed by a factory reset where you get to start everything over again AND IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!!! Beware of the overwhelmingly positive reviews on here. If you don't believe me, check out YouTube reviews confirming my debacle of a journey with this technological nightmare! Keep in mind, my review is not against Best Buy. My issue rests with Samsung. This product sucks.

Really impressed with this TV. The cable is super thin so it wasn’t as much of a concern. Would’ve gone with the wireless option but they don’t offer that with TV’s smaller than 55” yet, which is dumb. Main complaint is the SmartThings app and how slow it is to add your own photos. Even just changing photos. Way too slow and it’s annoying. Feels like 5-8 year old tech and desperately needs improvement. Lastly, too expensive! It’s a TV.
