This may be a long review, but if you are interested in possibly buying this TV, it will be worth reading. I did so much research on which TV to buy. I had a maximum of 43” limit for it to fit where I wanted it in my bedroom. I compared to other brands and this out ranked them all. The downside is it is pretty expensive. $1000 for a 43” compared to other brands which are around $300. Pros- 1. Art mode of course! It really does look like a painting on the wall. (It is hard to tell from the picture I posted, but in person it looks like an authentic painting) 2. The picture is crystal clear! It is a QLED and you can definitely notice the difference from other TVs. 3. There are TONS of different apps available, including samsung plus TV. My favorite app is Itunes... which I have been using all day! 4.The One Connect Box... everything plus into this box instead of bulk behind the TV. Very convenient if you like to hide wires. 5. It comes with the wall mount, you dont have to purchase it separately. 6.You can personalize it by adding different frames, which snap on magnetically. 7. Samsung One Remote... it can be programmed to just about any device... so, you can use the same remote to control your cable, firestick, roku, blu ray, sound bar, etc... super convenient! 8. Alexa/Google Assistant Cons- 1. The price... but considering what you are getting, it is totally worth every dollar!

We love this tv. We bought the beige frame and it looks excellent. My mother-in-law thought at first that it was a painting. The resolution and contrast are excellent (even in brightly lit rooms) and we enjoy many of the smart tv functions. Some things we didn't realize when we bought it were: (1) it comes with a wall mount (you don't need to buy one separately) and (2) the transparent cable connects to a separate black box with hdmi ports and the power cable connection so you should plan on having a place for it.

Absolutely love the TV. And the guy that installs it was amazing he even hit the clear wire to the box in the wall. Love that it looks like a picture frame.

Excellent TV in my opinion. I have only owned very few TV's in my day since they have all been tube TV's and last for many years but this one is by far the best! Only 1 problem is that, when on, there is a menu pop-up screen that comes up asking my permission to connect this TV to a device? I'm not sure what it is about but I didn't purchase the extended warranty so I'll have to contact Samsung I guess. I suggest buying the warranty from Best Buy!

The Samsung Frame 43" is perfect for a budget setup. As you can see from the picture, my setup was made a tiny bit better by this super duper 4k TV. I know it's not that impressive so please don't make fun of my budget setup.

Love this TV. Picture is excellent! Sound is good and sound bar is not necessary. Love the art store And having a nice picture on my TV when not in use. Very happy with this purchase and considering another larger frame TV for my family room.

Great TV does exactly what you want. There are also some good third party vendors that sell much better looking frames for around $300.

Great picture and awesome volume. You do not need the sound bar. We bought a non Samsung easel for our tv and love it. The art is beautiful. Best TV we ever owned!

Looks absolutely beautiful on the wall. definitely doesn’t have the same feel as a tv in the room. Love that there are no cords and no extra bulk.

Interface is easy to use. SAMSUNG TV PLUS was an unexpected surprise. The installation diagrams are very strange and ask for anchor holes that are slightly too big. Would suggest watching a YouTube video installation if having problems.

Wires can be run in the wall without major hassle.

I am only beginning to figure out all the awesome features of this TV! I love the ability to customize it from the background, to the apps, to the color of the frame!

I really enjoy having the ability to show art on the screen.

It is a great idea to display art when the TV is off, but The Frame has a defect in some units which causes it to display the art incorrectly. Samsung has been unable to repair the defect in my TVs and refuses to replace all of the ones with the defect even though the defect occurred and was reported while in warranty. The photos show the art incorrectly displayed by the TV in blue-green and the art the way it should be displayed in purple and white.

Nice product but it does not vine with a power cord in something called accessory bag or hdmi cord. I had to make two trips to Best Buy to try to explain to them that is no power source or cord. The side of the box makes reference to no hdmi cord but when you buy this the website or sales associate should tell you it bones without an hdmi cord and power source. Product looks good otherwise. Have had to run back and forth with contractor installing this in new house.

Great TV, VERY easy to install because of reasonably good instructions and many YouTube videos, and it looks fantastic on the wall (with or without art)! Sound is excellent, and the "Voice Amplify" feature is better than expected. There are only two things I have noted so far, after installing this one and one for a friend. 1) On both TV's, I had to re-pair the remote because the number and microphone buttons didn't work. There was nothing on the web I could find about that, but on mine a quick call to Samsung Support solved the issue. Re-pairing instructions are in the on-TV manual. 2) Like many have said, the process for obtaining the 3-month of free artwork is very confusing. I'm still not sure I got more than one month free, but we will know in about a week. I was going to add a 3rd item, and that is the price. And I even bought an open-box item for a little below MSRP. But quite frankly, because of the picture and the way this TV looks and works on the wall, I now believe it is quite a good value. And Best Buy delivered it on-time and in excellent condition. I could not tell it was ever opened.
