it is great to display art and picture quality is fantastic, the only downfall is that it hooks up to a converter box that is 15 inches long- therefore once you hang it on the wall you will see a cord that goes to the box and have a stand to put the box on. I DO NOT, like seeing cords when TVs are mounted on the wall. I cut a whole in the drywall behind the tv and wired a plug and made a shelf inside the wall and guess what No Wires. The glare mark in the photos are not the tv but the flash on my camera. New picture Everyday.

Besides using it as an art piece, I was surprised at the pictiure quality when watching tv. It is one of the best tvs I have gotten and it definitely serves its purpose. Also the wall mount is included and it was very easy to install.

I wanted this TV for a very long time however I wasn’t going to put out the full price I actually found it about two hours away for an amazing price I picked it up at the store everything was included some items not even open it was easy to have the geek squad to put it on the wall and it is probably the most beautiful TV I’ve ever owned and it’s a perfect size for my small house I don’t hesitate to buy it again if something happens to it. The picture is absolutely gorgeous I just love the way it looks and I love the art mode

We added the frame to our Samsung collection and are very happy with the product as usual... and the price. The 2019 version of the Frame has vivid colors and looks amazing as part of the house decor. Besides enjoying watching TV we can also enjoy the family photos or the arts provided. Highly recommended.

I needed a tv for my home office so I got the Samsung Frame. It’s an incredible UHD 4K choice when you have a small space that doesn’t require a 75” TV. This TV is the Bee’s Knees! Frame rate is a blazing 120 native, and HDR! I am a chord cutter and this TV is perfect!

I’ve had this tv a week and I luv the picture function. It’s really the reason I bought this tv! The 4K is amazing as well. I’m very happy with my purchase.

The TV is fantastic for hiding the fact that you have a TV on the wall. Although the cable is small, I still advise hiding it in the wall to achieve the proper look. There is a media box that comes with this that you will need to hide somehow.

We had a challenging space in a formal living room where we were trying to place a subtle TV. A Best Buy customer service person directed me to The Frame and I was sold. This is a great option for anyone trying to place a TV in a place that you would otherwise consider formal. The TV itself looks like a framed picture. The fiberoptic wire is so inconspicuous and is very long. We have had numerous people come over and think it was a painting never knowing it was a TV until we turned it on. So it definitely accomplished our goal. My only complaints are that it's pretty expensive, there is a limited number of paintings available that does not seem to update, the TV looks less like a painting during the day if there is a lot of sun, and the TV painting will sometimes turn off even when we are there seemingly not detecting motion. Overall, this is a great concept, that will probably only get better with time.

TV has a great picture and the wall mount is easy to setup. Friends who have seen it love the design and picture feature.

Purchased the Samsung Frame from the Hawley Lane Best Buy. TV install was easy to do as long as you have instructions to install as the ports are in a separate box from the TV. The included flush mount truly installs the TV flush to the wall. The result is that really looks like a picture when the TV is turned off. Picture Quality is very good. Curbside delivery was seamless and quick. Please note when you purchase open box on the Web, there are 5 conditions noted: New, Certified Excellent, Excellent, Good, Satisfactory and Fair. Each Open Box product in the store has a "License Plate" which gives a more detailed description of the product and more importantly what specific accessories are missing. In this case there was no Manual, Remote, or Legs to the TV making it more challenging to install especially if you have no remote to setup and configure the TV. Sometimes the License Plate and Online condition descriptions don't match. With contactless curbside pickup it is difficult to ascertain what is missing and maybe needed until you get it home.

This is our 3rd Frame TV and we love them! They look great on the wall. People really think it's a photo and not a TV! My recommendation prior to purchase is to understand the size of the One Connect and how it needs to hook up as it's a little different than a regular TV.

This TV is like no other. The art is amazing and it does look like a art frame. So I think this TV should be more for art. I have mine in my room and it looks amazing but u can tell after a while its a TV because its the only thing hanging. Quality is great! Price is a bit high. I will be buying my second one in the future.

I love the Frame. Excellent TV quality and art mode is awesome. Included no gap Wall Mount is awesome too. My complaint is in art mode. The TV has light sensors and is supposed to automatically adjust the brightness in order to keep the art looking like art and not a TV screen. The problem is that it fails misribly at this task. I find myself needing to adjust the art mode brightness almost every time I walk by it. But I still think the TV is worth it.

I got this as an open box return because that customer thought it was supposed to come with different molding, it is good as new with a price drop on sale and extra open box discount I got this awesome tv / artwork for 650 bucks , and the picture is incredible, also it gives you the ability to control all streaming devices with one control the SmartThings app is cool feature that lets me add my Arlo cameras on the screen

We bought this for our daughter and son in law and they rave about the picture and the style of the TV. They love the sound, the colors, and the look of the TV. With the standard picture in the off mode on the screen it is a nice addition to any room

I just had my new Frame TV installed by Geek Squad! They did a phenomenal job! Aside from that, I've been researching this TV for a few months and I wish I would've bought it sooner. It's amazing and I LOVE the picture frame feature. It's worth every penny. I live in a small apartment, so when the TV is not on, instead of a black screen because the TV is off, I choose to have a beautiful picture. Highly recommend!

Love this tv it is as advertised! Everyone someone comes over they compliment my art just to find out its a tv. The thin cord that powers it is also really nice and hidden. Highly recommend it!

Great picture quality and looks good with the art work. Flush look when installed on the wall with bracket that came with it. Would buy another one

Great picture, and easy setup! The frame function is actually really nice. We didn’t buy it for this but I can see how it would be a great option over a fireplace or on a wall in a room
