I bought this monitor specifically for sim racing, and it completely transformed the experience. The 49” ultra-wide screen combined with the aggressive 1000R curve makes you feel much more inside the car compared to a standard monitor setup. The Dual QHD resolution gives a huge field of view, which is amazing for seeing mirrors, corners, and track surroundings without needing multiple monitors. The 240Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time make everything feel incredibly smooth and responsive, especially during high-speed racing and fast steering inputs. Games like iRacing, Assetto Corsa, and BeamNG look fantastic on this display. The immersion is honestly on another level. The build quality feels premium and the colors look great as well. Setup was straightforward, but make sure you have enough desk or sim rig space because this monitor is massive. A few things to keep in mind: - You need a strong GPU to run Dual QHD at high frame rates. - The size can feel overwhelming at first, but once adjusted, it’s hard to go back. - For sim racing, this is one of the best single-monitor setups you can get without going triple screens. Overall, absolutely worth it for sim racing enthusiasts. It made my driving setup feel far more realistic and immersive. 5/5.

This thing is great. If you try to look up opinions on this monitor you’ll see a lot of muddied responses speaking about the earlier models. This particular 2024 model doesn’t have any of those firmware issues that its previous versions are plagued with. I went from 3 monitors to this thing, and this thing is beautiful. Gaming is a whole different experience and productivity/multitasking feels way more fluid on a single ultrawide. This is my entry into the ultrawide world and I’m blown away. I was deciding between this one and the 4k 57inch model but I’m glad I settled on this. I’m not sure how the screen could look any better. I normally wall mount my monitors but I don’t see a necessity to with this one as the base is very solid. Not much else to say. It’s big, it’s beautiful and it doesn’t cost that much ($900 now). If you’re on the fence, go for it.

Simply - WOW! It makes working at my desk a complete joy and my eyes are thanking me for the choice! Dynamic color, excellent resolution, and perfect for my situation.

So the 244hz is a massive win for this monitor. Im a big Kingdom hearts fan and the PC version supports the Frame rate, i was able to go back into my copy of KH3 and jump into the data battles on critical mode and I could easily follow the wild teleporting and back and forth shenanigans they pull in those fights. Sounds like a weird way to write the review for this but if you havent olayed those battles, try watching someone online fight them, its wild. That being said, the frame rate is definitely its biggest draw. Its HDR is good, it has an immediate, noticable boost in color. Darker colors benefit most from this, purple is a mixed bag, dark purple is good, light purple feels off. Overall im happy with the HDR quality. One thing that kills me though is it does have noticable scan lines. Once you really start using it you dont notice them. But theyre there. Its something monitors this size just seems to have. Be aware of that if you purchase it.

This monitor is the best thing I could’ve done to add to my trading setup. I can literally see entire charts of stocks across the whole screen, from when the stock IPO’ed to present. It’s amazing! This would be great for gaming especially donating racing/flying. I would highly recommend this monitor to any of my friends. The only thing is, and it’s probably because of my own ignorance, and did not correctly change a necessary setting. But other than that I absolutely love it and it’s worth every penny.

Im using this monitor on a racing simulator. Its a great addition with its big curve and extra width to almost surround you.

This monitor is amazing.. For pc gaming!! XBOX Series X hasn't made the ultrawide monitors fully accessible. If u use the whole screen it strectes everything and makes enemies and teammate short and stubby. You can change to "auto" setting and it uses about 23in of the middle of screen. Huge black bars on both sides.

Perfect for my sim rig & productivity. Size is perfect for both usage.

Great if you manage to grab on a sale. Masssive, easy to set up. Although, a 4060 does kind struggle at points.

I work from home and tried the 3 screen method, but the slight lag between each screen was getting kind of annoying, so having this similar larger screen setup has been a game changer. The pixels are super bright and colorful, and it optimized to my MacBook pretty seamlessly. I am glad I got the protection plan as well since I have kids. Cannot wait to get so much use out of this!

I'd been dreaming about getting one of these huge monitors since I saw one like it at my brother in law's house over a year ago. I originally had a 3 monitor setup that was just clunky with a bunch of wires because it supported multiple computers plus my PS4. Getting one of these solved my problem! Setup was easy, but would recommend two people to set it up as it's a bit awkward doing it by yourself. Once I got the picture up I instantly fell in love with it. I noticed text is not *the sharpest* closer to the sides, not sure if its a setting I need to review but overall I simply love it and it's perfect for my needs!

It has been an amazing purchase. I actually caught it on sale it it's a lot of bang for the money spent. Easy to set up! Picture color and quality is amazing and it fits my desk jus right. It replaced two 24" monitors. I'd highly recommend this product!

I love thus monitor, it's great for esports games that need a high refresh rate.

Very nice monitor, I can have several application sopen to perform work or stream live sports from my computer, I own 2 and they are great!!!

Transitioning from a multi monitor setup to a single ultra wide monitor has been an unexpected very enjoyable experience. Productivity has increased as I’m easily able to view multiple pages at once. Pleasantly surprised. Gaming is slightly different as the vertical plane is limited a little but not enough to prohibit an enjoyable gameplay. BestBuy pricing was the reason I even considered.

This monitor is very large and in charge. It comes with everything you would expect, from the aesthetics, to the quality, this monitor doesn't disappoint. Although the monitor is a bit older and not quite 4k, it packs a revolutionary display. The chroma lights on the back of the monitor are a very nice touch *chefs kiss*.

I have had multiple monitors and this had been hands down the best one I have ever owned. Im glad i was able to get it on sale. Samsung you have truly out done yourself!

I don’t know what took me so long to get this. If you are like I used to be, 2 or 3, 27” monitors on your desk all angles in for optimal work environment. Get this and it makes that legacy setup, so much easier. My East’s love this monitor, quality is fantastic.
