This is the gold standard in washing machines- it’s features can be programmed perfectly for the ultimate in function and convenience. The app shows me where in the cycle the wash currently is while also alerting me when the cycle is finished. If you’ve purchased the matching dryer, they will communicate with each other to set the dryer to the perfect settings for the type of wash cycle completed. It’s like controlling a spaceship.

Unit work excellent, help me save soap, water and energy! Makes no noise at all and have the app to have control online!

Leaves soap behind on seal and clothes. Water looks clean when rinsing but once it starts spinning soap starts coming out of the seal and spraying over the clothes. I only use 1 tide pod per load and run a self clean 2 times a month.

I had a Samsung washing machine for over 10 years. Naturally once that machine needed upwards of $900 in repairs it was a no brainer to stay with Samsung. The first machine that was delivered leaked all over my basement. I thought I'd have to fight tooth and nail to get a replacement, but Donna was so accommodating and apologetic. She immediately set me up for a pick up and delivery of a brand new machine the same week. We have had no issues with the new machine for four weeks now. The problem I had was with both deliveries. On both occasions the delivery guys messed up my waste pipe by using channel locks to rip off the zip tie that had been put there to hold the hose in place. I had to replace the pipe (not really a big deal, but it shouldn't have happened once, let alone both times.)

5 Cu. ft. capacity is sufficient to wash a large comforter. The unit run incredibly quiet and notify us when it is complete via WIFI.

We’ve owned this washer dryer pair for over a year. We use it daily, sometimes multiple times daily. After use and abuse, I would confidently recommend this duo to anyone. With the SmartThings app, all of my Samsung appliances are synced. It’s so cool to get a notification on my TV or on my refrigerator letting me know that my dryer cycle is complete.

Love the large capacity and ability to set the temperature and other functions manually to fit my needs. Short wash program, steam, and sanitize function is a must.

Ove it I bought the washer dryer set their stackable so saves space the quick wash is great gets clothes clean i couldn't imagine my life without them

Not your 80s washers for sure! Solid technology with many ways to use with ease. Though it might need the lifter to get it high enough to use but it was fine on the ground. If you have knee or back issues you will want the lifter drawer. Dose a great load of laundry and quiet even with jeans on. Seams to use less detergent they my last washer did. Easy to use detergent drawer. They are deep from front to back so please measure before buying. Nothing bad to say at all!

Still getting used to a front load washer and doesn’t seem to clean as well as my old top loader. But i definitely do like the capacity and the many different wash cycles. The steam cycles are excellent.
