Got the set, lowest cost in stock during holiday sale, and wondering why anyone would pay more for other machines when these do everything you possibly need. Good looking machines too. Bought for my son's new apt. They are taller and deeper than expected and that's good for him, bit of a stretch for me. He thinks the music alarm when finished is weird but I like it. A basic beeping option would have been good but otherwise extremely happy with the purchase. Delivered inside & unpacked. Easy install (my niece & I did it).

When our last washer broke, I was worried I would not find another one I loved as much, as most washers now a days are front loaders (they are just not for me and don’t fit in the space we have for the laundry area). But I’m so happy we found this one! The inside is huge!! I’m on the short side and have to lean in to grab the last pieces of laundry, but it means I can wash more clothes in one load and be more efficient with my time! Highly recommend this washer. And the delivery was a breeze too!

This Samsung washer is everything I expected and more. Large capacity so I do fewer loads. Extra large drum so my comforters washer cleaner and efficiently. Washer uses less water, and is very quite. The basket on top let’s me take care of individual garments when I need to pre treat or scrub out a stain.

Again, this set was my first “brand new” washer and dryer set! I’ve had it for a month now and I love it!!! The settings are helpful and the Eco-modes are wonderful!! I haven’t used the steam sanitize mode yet... so we’ll see... however... this is a great buy!!! The wash basin is awesomely huge and the wash bin helps. I love that it has a self-clean mode... gone are the days of waiting for the repair man to come, remove the shell, and use a long stick with a rag to wipe the plastic bin clean from all the buildup!!! And the musical song at the end of the cycle is catchy... I now sing it when it plays!! LoL. Get your own washer and dryer!!! Enjoy!!!

Great Samsung washing machine Came with all the bells and whistle’s leaving my laundry clean and fresh and I can totally tell the difference between this washer and old washer I had and I love the color, I had bought the dryer last year and meant to replace the washer sooner so the color was a little off but they look good next to each other and the sales people are great service and delivery A+ will definitely be shopping at Best Buy again !!!!

Cleans but not as well as my front load did. Very large tub and can hold a lot, but doesn't clean as well with more clothes in it. Can wash a king size comforter. Several settings and options. Steam option is definitely awesome, but takes longer.

This was a replacement for a 2015 model WA48H7400AP/A2 which was recalled. That machine was stored indoors until September 7 weeks ago. Moms apt. had a washer in the apartment. After unboxing that machine it wouldn't go into spin cycle. Called Samsung. They ONLY GAVE ME $256. in a rebate only if I bought another Samsung, or only$156 if not a Samsung. Brand new POS. This one is great, does the job

My Samsung does a great job cleaning my clothes. The machine is quiet. It is easy to use the tub self clean, and there is no odors detected. I am happy with this machine so far. This machine has a pretreat and presoak sink.

We have large dogs. We have a king size bed. We have large dogs that sleep on this king size bed and we needed a washer large enough to handle our quilts and this washer is perfect. The top load has a soaking tray with "faucet" available right above the tray. Operating the washing options is a breeze - just set the wash cycle you want and adjust as needed. Got a small load but it's extra dirty? Select "small load" and up the wash to "extra dirty". My one issue is the detergent/softener tray along with the soaking area. It's a little wanky. You have to lift the lid without the soaking tray connected to put in the detergent/softener. Not a big deal, just takes a little getting used to. Also, I've put detergent in and for whatever reason, have forgotten to close the tray. There is no warning that the tray hasn't been closed and the washer will go full cycle The trays were empty, which tells me the detergent somehow got in the wash, but I rewashed anyway. A little thing that is more user error than the machine. Haven't tried the steam selection as of yet, but glad it's there!

Never thought i would use the built in hand wash sink and wouldn't you know it, the first day i splashed liquid on my shirt while flipping food in a skillet! It sure came in handy! And the ability to rinse the detergent from the measuring cup right into the washer! Very happy with this machine so far. Very quiet too. Husband says it sounds like a little man is inside with a paddle swishing the water slowly lol! My biggest requirement when looking was the ability to wash big comforters in it and this one has the capacity.

Absolutely fell in love with this!! I got the set in a child care center. We are washing all day everyday and these are AMAZING! I highly recommend 10 ⭐️

Love the huge wash bin —can wash almost 3 normal loads of towels in one wash!!! Only downside is that I am only 5’1’ and I need to use a stool to get the laundry out.

Love the large load capacity. Difficult to reach the bottom of the tub but we find is well worth being capable of doing such a large load

This is a great washer! Easy to use, quiet and cleans clothes and bedding nicely. The LARGE tub is ideal for large items, but it’s a bit deep if your shorter. I’m 5,7 and have to stretch to get the clothes out of the bottom of the tub. It’s a terrific washer though!

We had our pair of Samsung washer and dryer for about 8 years and they work great. This is the same identical pair, but of coarse the new style.

It’s been a good purchase so far. The installation was done by a third party contractor and it leaked all over my utility room floor for a day or so. I called Best Buy and they sent someone out to replace the hoses but they weren’t sure what caused the problem other than a loose valve. The machine is pretty quiet and washing towels and sheets has not been an issue at all. The machine puts in the right amount of water for the size load and you can add more water or rinsing options as needed. This machine is deep but it is built so you can reach the bottom with relative ease if you are height challenged (like my mom lol). The machine and the installation (2nd time) were solid.

I work construction and so does my husband and we are filthy when we return from work. This thing works great on our clothes. Plus I have two boys who are always in the dirt or creek, along with two tiny grand babies who are also filthy from playing outside. All over our clothes are super clean and I am truly amazed at the results!! I love this washer!

This washing machine is ok. Pretty? Yes. Does it clean the clothes? Yes Stain removal is not the strongest but it does ok. Lots of settings. Giant load capacity but each load averages 90 mins on a normal setting. The built in sink is useless. It’s made of cheap plastic, including its hinges, which snapped less than 3 weeks after buying for absolutely no reason- all I did was open the lid. Honestly this was never the washer I wanted, they broke the one I ordered on delivery and couldn’t re-order so they offered me this one at the same price and I said yes because it was the only one in stock and I’d been without a washer with 2 kids for a month already. Wouldn’t recommend tbh.

It worked okay for the first 12 months. Then it randomly stopped working and we received an error. Called Samsung and their support was the WORST. They said it’s common error for the sensors to stop working. I was so upset that I will never buy a Samsung product again. So save your $800 to buy a product that will last longer than a year....
