Love this washer! One load is double my old washer. I love the navy blue . This washer is not for someone short because the tub id deep. The petsense works great too. It's very quiet and does a great job cleaning my laundry. Worth every penny.

Yes I picked it because of the beautiful color. Yes I picked it because it's a Samsung. Yes I looked at all the specs and felt it was the best option at the best price for my needs. No, I wasn't expecting it to be so great. All the settings, the cleanliness and ways to keep out PET HAIR are phenomenal. I prefer these types of activators bc while the other clean a bit better, these arent as rough on my clothes and I can keep them years longer. I love being able to control it through my phone, and getting alllllll the lint out in the wash catchers before going in the dryer. This thing can hold a lot of clothes and heavier items. Treat it well, and I'll last a long time!

I love this washer with so many options. It's quiet, and the pet care filters remove a significant amount of lint and hair from the water before it reaches the dryer. The color is so unusual, I love it.

In 40 year i have purchased numerous washer a d dryer set but nothing compared to this beautiful amazing enery, water jet, steam wash and large yet compact beautiful washer and dryer set. Best buy is the way to go because lowes and home depot do not have the best prices nor do they have the best geek squad. Besstbuy is ghe way to go. I get all my appliance at best buy now and woukd not have it any other way

The Impeller with this top loader exceeded my expectations. In the past I would only buy if it was an agitator, however this has won me over. The clothes do not stretch as much during the wash cycle, so the garments life is extended. Heavier stains still are removed and the pet hair remover is easy to handle. The drum is kept clean with the use of Afresh cleaner pucks for the “Self-Clean.”

I been looking for bigger with less noise washer. This washer is a great fit of what I have been looking for. It’s huge and queit.

My wife and I just moved. We had to leave behind our LG Washer/Dryer which were working fine. The new (to us) house had a very old 1970's washer/dryer. Everything was updated but not the washer/Dryer. So off to Best Buy we go. My wife & I used bestbuy.com. After careful consideration we selected this set. We have been happy with every other Samsung appliance so we were looking at the options from Samsung this time as well. We have had this set for a couple of months now and it has performed perfectly every time. I would recommend this pair to family & friends. The units are well built and responsive. I have to say I like these better than my old LG units. These have a higher quality build-factor.

This has been a great washing machine. Does a great job cleaning my clothes. The machine is easy to maintain.

Very beautiful to look at but unfortunately that doesn’t make the close clean. having some issues with rinsing and spinning out the water I called so they could help me out with this and it was hassle free hopefully the new replacement works better. The dryer works great I’m going to wait and see how the new one goes before I put a rating on this because I’m definitely gonna give it another chance

Gets pet hair and lint from clothes off very well.

I love my new washer and dryer. It is so smart ~ lol The color is awesome and very happy to have a matching set. Our salesman was so helpful with helping us with measurements and pricing for a bundle, so our experience at best buy was great. Will be shopping for other household items and I sure do need a new printer. Thank you.

Love the color/look of the washer. It runs great and so quiet compared to others. Decided on the pet care with having a large dog and it works awesome at getting hair out

Absolutely love this Samsung washing machine. Big drum allows you to wash large loads of laundry. And it's very quiet as well.
