Q: I currently have a self-cleaning range that food particles fall between the door glass because of the cleaning lock opening on top of the door. This has turned me off from any model that has the top lock opening. Any comments or guarantees?

A: I had the same problem with my last stove. So far this one. Hasn’t done that and I’ve cleaned the glass several times.

Q: What is the difference between steam and self cleaning?

A: Steam clean add water to bottom of oven floor and self cleaning no need to add water.

Q: Can this oven be hard wired to the back of the stove or is it a must to have to use a electrical outlet. My oven now is hard wired. We don’t have an outlet in back of our stove.
