This is the second frame tv I’ve purchased. I was very pleased with the first. Installation was easy enough, so was initial set up. The remote on this one is a little lacking, compared to the larger version (even the larger tv remote could stand some better quick access features) This remote feels like a cheap sound bar remote. The subscription for the artwork should be a little cheaper in my opinion, or at least able to be purchased in packs where a sub isn’t necessary, but it is what it is. You can add your own images if desired. It’s nice and sleek, the very small gap is much less noticeable on the larger the tv. In most settings the photo mode is pretty believable as a framed artwork and the cable is very discreet. The one connect box tends to get pretty warm, so keep that I’m mind. If you don’t plan on using the photo mode, you should absolutely go with a different tv. The picture quality is nice, it’s very smooth, the firmware runs smooth…. But you are definitely paying the premium for the built in flush mount and the photo feature along with the light and motion detection. For a similar price point you can get an amazing quality tv without the art mode features, or a comparable tv for much much cheaper. The photos show a 75”, except for the last which is the 50” All in all it’s a niche product that functions well as intended.

Pretty cool. Mounts flush to the wall, only comes off wall an inch or so compared to 4 or more inches with a traditional mount and tv, def is sleek! Take your time with the mount, measure, then remeasure again. Since it sits flush, I ran an outlet up behind it and had to recess it. The fun part was trying to come up with a way to hide the Connect Box. I wound up securing it with some zip ties and lowered it down behind the wall with some rope. Works great and looks really nice. I think we have spoiled ourselves with sound bars on all the TVs in our house, and despite wanting to keep it clean on the wall, we may consider getting another Sonos Beam in white along with the White Bezel for the TV. The sound lacks depth compared to what my wife and I are used to. Love the art feature. Push the power button and it will toggle to the art mode. Screen goes off automatically when room is dark at night, and is back on by the time we walk through the living room in the morning. Really blends into the wall. If your not going to do it right by mounting it, hiding the wire and connect box out of sight, I think you should consider a different tv.

Awesome TV! Picture quality is very impressive. I bought a Deco frame to go with it and came out exactly how I imagined it to be. It is pricey but if your wanting a TV with a statement this is the one. Highly recommend! I also recommend professional installation, it has to be mounted perfectly. I went with bestbuy they did a great job.

I don't know where to begin. Its beautiful hanging flush againt the wall, had geek squad install it so theres nothing to complain about the one lil thin wire i keeping hearing people complain about as apposed to all the wires that normally would be hanging down. Have had it close to a month and rewatched the entire marvel movies collection and was blown away with how it looks and with my sonos surround setup it adds a nice compliment to the finish with amazing sound i didnt buy it for the picture display that also has gotten negative reviews but so far i like the feature for what it is. All in all 5 stars

Love it! Looks fabulous on the wall! The art is amazing and upscales our entire bedroom. Good picture quality and sound and great features, but the art and the flat mount are what takes the cake!

This tv is awesome! Not only does it have a great picture and fantastic features, the picture frame option comes in handy. It truly looks like an expensive picture frame. You can upload your own photos to the frame at no charge, choose from a limited number of complimentary artwork fro the Art store , or buy a subscription to get access to their entire library of art. The remote is charged by light from the room and you can use the “Smart Things” app to us e your phone as the remote as well. Set up is super easy using the included remote or by using your phone.
I had 2 wonderful years with my Samsung Frame TV. Before it went black my only complaint was the very confusing art subscription. It was advertised as something you could add your own art and photos too but that feature never worked. Other than that I still loved it and you can’t imagine my disappointment when it simply went black and no amount of trouble shooting brought it back. Even more disappointing is that after looking up the error online I discovered it’s a common issue that is quite expensive to fix. I’m disappointed that Samsung knew of this error and lets consumers purchase a nearly $2000 tv knowing it won’t last more than 2 years. I’m hoping I win the $400 for writing this review to purchase a new tv. Because now I have only an old tv from my childhood sitting in front of my very broken Frame TV

The picture on this TV is stunning, and I like how slim the Tv is. Right after I bought it I saw that the price went back up, so for the price of $899 it was a great buy.

This is our second frame TV purchase and love it! Great picture quality and love the streamlined look in any room. Didn’t purchase this with a bezel and still looks great in the room.

The jury is still out on this TV. Love the picture, love the artwork capabilities, dislike having to use two separate remotes all the time. Very expensive in relation to other TV’s.

I bought one last year for my wall and it was great you can upload your own pics or paintings. 50" will do if you just wanted to use for picture frame.

Love the frame TV for my bourbon room! Was able to purchase the TV with a free bezel which was great as they are not cheap! Love the aesthetics and great picture quality!

Bought the Frame TV specifically to display my pictures. I love this. Perfectly fits over my fireplace. The Geek Squad did a great job installing this TV.

This was the right size. Not too big. Not to small. Options to change bezel to white. Which is what I like. Can be mounted. (haven’t..probably won’t)

Just what was missing to complete my ideas for our master bedroom.

Dope TV. Very low profile. Simple to hang and hide the one small wire.

It was missing a few things like the remote and mounting hardware but the store manager was very helpful and found them for us.

The screen is mounted like a portrait and can display a picture when not in use.

Upon hanging this TV on the wall and seeing how better it looks than any other “normal” HDTV, I thought, “why the heck isn’t this the standard for all TVs?” What Samsung has done is so simple it is brilliant. They moved all the components associated with inputs/power to a separate standalone “box”. This does 2 awesome things. #1 - the TV can lay much more flush to the wall. #2 - now there is ONE cord running from TV to the box that you route behind the wall that covers all power and inputs. Then any inputs you want to add to the TV just plug into the box - cable cord, Ethernet cable, ps4, whatever. This way in the future - you need to add something…just access the box you have hidden (under furniture or whatever) and no need to take the tv off the wall to plug something in. The last nice feature - the wall mount system is integrated into the back of TV - so it is perfectly clean and slim as possible. This all seems so simple and so obvious to do…sometimes the most brilliant ideas look obvious in hindsight. Lastly…the “picture” idea is great. When the TV is off…instead of having a big black rectangle on your wall, you have a legit picture of your choice (art or whatever). Great idea! Why not. Make use of this space in a beautiful way instead of just having a dumb black screen consuming the wall? Again…so simple it is brilliant. Nicely done Samsung…all innovation doesn’t have to be about higher resolutions…this is such a practical improvement in TVs…love it.

Great picture, easy to set up. Decent online info and videos to help guide the installation. Enjoying the art display and flush mount, which appears to be unique with this line of TV's.
