before purchasing this tv i read reviews from people with so many wrong claims about comparing the un55ku6300 and the un55ku6290. some even claimed the un55ku6290 do not have hd because the world analog was used has being part of the tv. this is a 4k uhd tv and the name clearly says it. so I purchase on purpose both tv to compare. both are simply the tv with the same similarity and functions with few differences. the 6300 have a pro function that the 6290 doesn't have. I prefer the 6290 picture and sound for it chipper price and being the earlier model I choose to buy the 6290 over the 6300 . great tv to buy for it 4k viewing and sound. they both do not have the 3d function and another difference between the two the 6300 has a blue tooth while the 6290 doesn't. meaning you have use a cord for a sound barr for example instead of the blue tooth without a cord

We have had a Samsung TV for several years and been happy. When we decided to upgrade to a SmartTV with 4K we looked at other brands to compare but came back to Samsung. This TV makes you feel like you are in whatever you are watching. My husband is an avid sports watcher and loves this TV! The sound quality is great too. The remote took a while to get used to, but that's really my only negative.

After spending countless hours contemplating between different 55" flat screens I decided to go with the 4k Ultra from Samsung. It had great reviews and that is always a selling point for me. Some people say that it is not worth it to buy a 4k tv because there are not many 4k things available for viewing. Let me tell you it is worth every penny. My tv upscales everything to where I don't even waste money to rent blu-ray because the picture quality on a regular dvd is incredibly upscaled. This tv has amazed me with every aspect. It starts up and is ready for viewing instantly, it has amazing sound without a sound bar, the picture is the best I have ever seen. When I had the cable guys here to install my cable they sat in awe at how great the cable tv looked on the 4k. I showed them a video in 4k ultra hd and they were blown away. Before they left they asked my where I got it, how much it was etc. I told them Best Buy has the best deal, trust me I researched. At $699 it was $100 cheaper than Walmart for the same tv. Plus 12 months no interest if you choose to use a Best Buy credit card is also an added bonus. The pictures I have added were taken with my cell phone that is a Samsung Galaxy S4 and uploaded onto my laptop. They look no where near what they look like just from my phone to the computer much less from the tv to the computer. The picture is really so much better than I have captured.

Fantastic Samsung 55" TV, beautiful picture, has all the hookups that you need witch don't come with budget TV's at this price. You get 3 HDMI ports, 2 USB plugs and optical audio. They use 2 pig tail plugs for component & composite plugs witch work fine. Plug your yellow video, Red & White audio into the pigtails then that has a mini plug that goes into the TV. It's also has wireless WiFi, and is very easy to set up everything.

I'm so happy with my purchase from Best Buy I replaced a 42 inch Sharp Aquos TV with a 55 inch Samsung 4k uhd TV this tv is amazing the picture is crisp and clear the color is vibrant the price was excellent at 599.99 I couldn't ask for a better TV another great purchase from Best Buy

I was surprised at how easy it was to set up this TV...Working solo and due to TV large size, it was a tad difficult getting out of box...After that it was simple to set up.Great picture quality. I agree with other reviewers that the sound could be a bit better...that's why I only gave 4 stars.

This TV is really nice and has good picture quality as well as sound. I love the way I can get Netflix, You Tube, and Hulu. It is the perfect size for the entertainment center I ordered! Love it!

Purchased this TV to go on the back patio, no need for an expensive model as it will not be used all the time. There were a few 55" TVs lower priced but we like Samsung quality and it only weighs 33lbs. We are very happy with the purchase, the picture and value are much better than expected. On top of that, the price dropped $130 10 days after we purchased - Best Buy honored the Price Guarantee and gave us the $130 credit. GREAT TV FOR THE $$$

So this review is slightly biased as I went from. 65" curved Samsung to this. (Moving company destroyed mine). I scrolled through a ton of TV's and and found this one, it was a cinch to set up, the quality is good. Love he smart hub features. The predictive text when setting up annoys me a little when going to type stuff in it has pop up bubbles that you have to get out of if the predictive is wrong. That being said you really only use that during set up so not a biggie.

More TV than I have ever owned! It replaced my 720P Samsung 32 inch TV. It is amazing! I bought a wall mount which is the best way to go. Full Motion. The TV has a beautiful picture and Samsung is a great name in appliances. Combine those with a great sale price for my purchase and I am very happy!

This Tv is amazing! The picture quality is so clear. The Smart TV features were just what I was looking for. I paired with a wireless keyboard which makes surfing the web browser super easy as well!

Great TV at a remarkable price. 4k is simply amazing and all the smart tv functions are great! TV was able to be wall mounted very very easily and it has great functionality.

This tv has a great picture quality there are also a bunch of apps on it. I'm giving it 4 stars because I don't like the remote it is too small.
