I bought this TV originally because I was intrigued by the low profile and “picture” functionality. I didn’t end up hanging the TV on the wall but use the stands included with the TV for set up. As such set up was relatively easy and it is a very sleek and low profile looking TV which is great for my smaller space. Having the mat screen has been ideal for the bright room that the TV is situated in and so the color always looks good and glareis at a minimum. Ask for picture quality, I don’t have a lot of experience with other modern 4K TVs, but I will say that the darks are excellent. Sports also look very good on this TV as well.

I’ve had the 2025 55" Samsung Frame TV for a few weeks now, and honestly, it’s one of the coolest pieces of tech I’ve ever bought. It looks like actual framed art when it's off thanks to the matte display and slim bezels, and guests always do a double take when it switches to TV mode. The picture quality is super sharp with rich colors, and it even holds up well in bright rooms. I also love that the remote charges with sunlight—no more digging for batteries. That said, it’s not the best for movie nights in pitch-black rooms since the blacks aren’t super deep, and the art subscription is a little annoying. Still, if you care about how your space looks and want a TV that blends in beautifully, this one’s a win.

Overall good value for the money when on sale for holidays. Picture quality is good but nothing like OLED. Cable to OneConnect box is not UL certified. Will need tonpurchase one in order to run it through wall. Rackets desigb is horrible. Each bracket cannot reach two consecutive studs. You will need to screw 2 included screws each in on stud and use two additional toggle bolts for each bracket to anchor it in the drywall in addition to the one stud Sound quality is good. Art mode settings are not very user friendly

Can hang or stand it, and it comes with all the accessories needed to do so. Image quality is also great, particularly as I have it close to the window, the matte finish helps prevent reflections. Using it with a soundbar and the overall setup is amazing.

We were very pleased with how the art looks-very realistic. Love that you can add your own photo or actual art! We aren't crazy about having a tv over the fire place but this makes it much more attractive.The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is the box and wires detract from look(wire is clear but still visible). That said, it is probably with any tv mounted without going through walls with the wires.

Samsung TV seems great probably 5. The installation by geek squad was well done but but mounted TV wrong. I left message to reinstall received text when they would arrive at 4. Nick came at 9:39 AM and called me I said I was notified you’d come at 4 he said those are never correct and he said I had to pay $250 to redo, I said I responded to 800# about bad mount and he said no one picks up those messages. Nick then said “my story” did not match installers “story”. ( guys were installing in my bedroom I showed them where above bureau and under paintings but paintings would probably need to move just hanging in 1 nail so I could rehang myself) I was having an emergency gas line replaced in back yard so had to be there to point out drains irrigation. When they left they told me they squeezed it in. Later went upstairs and see bottom of TV frame touching bureau and top of TV frame almost touching bottom of pictures. Nick said I should not have scheduled has appointment when TV appointment was scheduled, as if gas line emergency trenching across lawn pouring concrete redoing gas hookup was less important.

The Frame TV (with the Deco gold frame) is fantastic. Installation was relatively simple. I relied on the Best Buy video for that. I love the lack of wires and with my existing set up it was easy to hide the box. Really enjoying going through the art choices and choosing different pieces. Totally changes the look and feel of a room when there is a piece of art on the wall as opposed to a large black screen. The brightness settings make sense and it’s easy to change them. Sound is external speakers so can’t speak to the quality of the TV speakers. This was a gift and it was well received.

Love this tv and all the features. Perfect for the room i chose. So many compliments.

If your significant other wants a way to update a room, this TV is a great buy. I had a piece of art work and it was nice but the same thing every day and now I can change art work to suit every occasion.

The 55" Frame TV from Samsung has transformed the TV from a black blob on the wall to a piece of art that is able to change with our design mood or time of day. If you've been waiting to pull the trigger on one of these, I have a suggestion: don't wait! You'll find the flush mount awesome and the look will elevate your viewing space.

Easy to hang with supplied hardware. Hangs tight to the wall - like a picture would. The compactness and a single thin cord make the room feel much larger bs a traditional type tv. If you need the space & want a great tv at the same time, this is the one for you!

Very please with this TV. Beautiful picture. I had a 70" and it was just too big for the room. Would have liked the Pro but they didn't have it in the 55". VERY glad I chose the Best Buy install. The installation is a little complicated compared to a regular wall mount. They did a great job leveling it and were very respectful of my home.

It honestly exceeded my expectations; it really looks like a painting, and there are plenty of frame options on the market to make it look even more authentic. It looks fantastic as a TV, too. The only downside is that the blacks aren't perfectly black, but that doesn't stop it from delivering an excellent image—whether as a TV or as a piece of art.

Processor unit provides ultra smooth picture and pricessing. Truly looks real. The art membership is nessessay and totally worth it. Only complaint is like everything these days.... its preloaded with ads and tries to put other options infront of you instead of your items, it can be changed but takesnwork and a you ttube video.

Sits very flush with the wall, so it looks clean and great picture quality!

I really want to give this five stars but… We bought this for my elderly mother-in-law. It has an amazing picture but, this needs a major improvement on its user interface. When you turn it off and back on it always returns to the Media media. Why not remember where you last were and go there. The Media menu has too many options and just confuses her. She just wants to watch TV.

Decent value overall. The picture quality is great for what we need, though the blacks are not as strong as the Pro version I have in another room. The art mode looks beautiful, but it is frustrating that it only comes with the black bezel and the decorative frames are so expensive. I wish the magic box was wireless like the pro model, or the pro model had a 55” option.

We love the Frame TV. Having a picture on the wall when not watching TV makes the room some much cozy and decorative. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the The Frame Pro doesn't come in a 55 inch size which we would have preferred for its better picture, processor, and the Wireless One Connect Box.
