Great tv quality and sound. Best Buy team gave me great customer service too. They know what they are talking about TVs.Picture quality blows out of water compared to other TVs. Using this tv is very fast and smooth as well. The apps are fast and the remote has a built in Alexa and Amazon in the tv. Best tv I have ever gotten and you won’t be disappointed at all.

This QLED TV is an exceptionally well for gaming and has stunning picture for shows and movies, live sports etc. For the Price it does the job. 5ms response and 120hz is all you need and get with this SamsungTV. Colors are great just not 100% like an OLED but really close. Built in Speakers are like a sound bar alone, and it can get loud. Remote is slim, with solar powered internal battery or usb-C and it lasts before charging. For just under 1K it’s well rounded. 9/10

I purchased this Samsung TV as an open box, saving $250 or almost 25%. I got a great TV, but it took some effort to get it working: 1. Some light scratches on the screen. We can live with those. 2. The remote was not working. You could start the TV but it would fail during setup. After a few hours of trying and another 45 minutes on chat and phone call with Samsung support, we scheduled on site technician. I almost returned the TV. But I got a little farther after installing three Apple iPhone programs that could work as a remote. SmartThings from Samsung was the one that worked. 3. I was going to buy my own replacement remote. The Samsung one costs $125! Samsung website recommends several simpler models. I ordered one for $25 and paid $12 for faster shipping. 4. With new remote, I got through the setup. The Samsung technicians showed up the next day. They verified the original remote was not working and did checkout of TV. All clear. So, you can save, but you have to accept some minor scratches. I enjoyed the troubleshooting, but this is not for everyone. It is hard to spend $800 and then have to wait 8 days to get your “new” TV fully working. 5. Samsung is sending us a new remote. I think Best Buy should have offered a bigger discount to me on this TV. I admit I did enjoy the challenge.

I did not at all want to spend $1,000+ for a TV -- but OMG -- I stepped up in the world! My first smart TV. My first big TV (I had 42" previously). I got rid of the cable box, the apple TV, and the Roku Stick. The picture is incredibly crisp. I've been using this just over 10 days, and so far I love it! I have to get used to it a little bit more, but it's great! Only downfall is that you can't type in channel numbers or speak to the TV to tune to a channel. Using favorites instead.

Totally amazed at the picture quality..crystal clear and perfect colors. I also purchased this JBL partybox 110 the sound is crisp and the bass rattles our windows. And i also purchased the drone..awesome grown up toy. Lots of fun. Oh i also got the soundbar and sub woofer for the tv's sound system..awesomeness!!

Great tv for the price. One step down from oled and barely noticeable. Great features including q symphony which link Samsung soundbars and the TV to play together. Fancy high tech remote with rechargeable batteries. Great game mode for PS5. It is a little pricey to get all the features but find it on sale and you’re a winner!!

Great picture color and resolution! The only thing that annoys me is that Samsung doesn't allow users to remove certain apps and or move rearrange preferred, frequently used apps. Also, they have had a past history of making it impossible to locate and download certain Apps.

The Samsung Q80B was an upgrade to a slightly older 55" tv, so it was an easy install mounting it to an existing stand. I paired it with a new Denon AVR-X3700H 4K Receiver from Best Buy, then recently added a new Sony UBP-X700 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Player. This Samsung trully excels at displaying 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray Movies and with Dolby Atmos the sound is ok through the on board speakers, however, it's totaling engaging when using Atmos through the Denon AVR-X3700H with Dolby Height Speakers. I've not used any streaming apps, but it does a great job with Satellite content, and the upscaling of old DVD and Blu-ray DIsc's was a noticeable improvement. If you're willing to invest a bit of time in manually tweaking its picture and audio settings, you'll have a tv that displays and performs excellent with all video content. The only negative is Samsung's unwillingness to pay for the inclusion of Dolby Vision!

I love this tv. I got it placed on the wall by the geek squad. It’s so perfect. Quality of picture and sound bar I purchased to support it. I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Easy set-up. Excellent picture & sound. Remote is solar and very simple in design yet easy to maneuver thru programs. So far so good. Very pleased with this purchase.
