Best Quality Picture. I have always purchased Samsung TV’s. I have never had a problem with and of them. One of the selling points for this TV was the heavy duty stand. It was easy to assemble and it fits perfectly on my stand. Highly recommend this product.

I am legally blind and purchased this tv for the accessibility features. The Samsung Q80D has relumino mode. This is a great feature for people with low vision to help enhance details. The ability to use bixby voice or alexa enabled devices to have voice commands to make things even more user friendly. The video quality is great. Like any TV there is a bit of learning to be done such as familiarizing yourself with the menus and the remote which also has a tutorial on the TV and much more. This TV is great. Haven't had any issues in the first month of having it. If I do I will update this review.

Came in and left very satisfied with the geek squad members help. They brought the tv out twice for me to set up in my vehicle and ended up shipping it to me for free instead. They recommended that option to avoid road damage as my car only allowed the tv to be laid flat on the screen. The tv came very quick and the set up is amazing

I am blown away by the vibrant color and contrast of this TV; the Full Array Local Dimming and QLED technology make movies and games look absolutely stunning and bright, even in a well-lit room. However, I'm quite disappointed by the lack of Dolby Vision support and the fact that several users have experienced frustrating hardware issues like backlight problems or clouding, which shakes my confidence in its long-term reliability.

So far so good. I’m replacing a 15 year old Samsung (non smart tv). Picture quality is great. Easy to setup once it’s out the box. Wish it could swivel like my old television, but not a deal breaker. The pedestal stand was very important, so the tv would be able to fit on my stand. Happy with my purchase. Hopefully this television will last as long or longer than my old Samsung.

Value for the money; I think this is a good middle ground between a basic tv set and something high end. Essentially if you’re someone like me who watches tv/streams with the occasional gaming or movie session this is one I’d recommend. Good glare reduction (but not great / about 70% better than your standard set) speaker sound is good for a tv speaker but I rarely use it as I still have an old Samsung surround system that integrates well enough I don’t need to upgrade yet. Good features (might be a tv sim but I really enjoy the AI picture settings) The only con I can think of is, as with most tv operating systems, is laggy and inconsistent. Highly recommended purchasing a google, apple or amazon streaming device and that negates most if not all of the negative aspects of this model

The Samsung 55” Q80D Series QLED 4K Smart TV (2024) is a big upgrade from the 70 series. The picture quality is noticeably better—sharper, brighter, and more vibrant. We mainly use it for gaming, and it performs perfectly with smooth motion and great visuals. It makes everything look more realistic and enjoyable without straining the eyes. Definitely worth the money, great quality, great performance, and a very enjoyable viewing experience.

I absolutely love my new Samsung TV! It’s big, clear and easy to navigate. It’s my first time owning a smart tv and I’m thoroughly enjoying it. I would totally recommend this QLED Samsung tv to friends and family!! Best Buy made purchasing and picking up my new tv so easy and because of their great sale it was very affordable as well.

It is the best TV I have ever had, very good colors and the variable refresh rate serves me very well on my PS5 and my PC.

Bought this tv for our livingroom the picture is great vivid color and easy to use.

I enjoy the picture quality and the sound. It was easy to set up out of the box. This was a great upgrade because of the features and worth the price.

Using this for an Xbox Series X racing rig and the size and visuals are great. Having the higher refresh rate for next gen gaming is a must and this TV delivers.

The picture quality is excellent, the sound is good and it's easy to use. 10/10 would buy again.
