Ok... the good.... Very sharp looking range with great surface area to cook on. No problems replacing a standard 30" range. The bad... black enamel around the burners are suggested to be cleaned after each meal cooked, food gets caught under the control knobs trim, air fry basket is great but if you don't put a cookie sheet on the rack below you can expect crumbs all over and smoke from burnt crumbs, Backslash does NOT come standard so if you don't have a heat resistant wall or tile behind your range.. you may want to add tile. Wifi control is limited to one household member on their phone limiting who can cancel or preheat the oven remotely. Overall I like the range, maybe because we have tiled behind range, learned what foods are realistic to air fry and those that make a mess, and we ordered a silicone mat that was custom made to protect the enamel around the burners.

During recent months of so much home cooking, I got to know my old stove too well. It was time for an upgrade. This gas stove had everything we wanted — powerful brass burner on the correct side, air fry, large oven with convection. Best Buy even met a competitor’s price. The delivery team was right on time, very pleasant and neat, and they were extra careful with virus safety. These items were included: > Broiler pan > Air fry rack > Griddle pan > Brass outlets for different gas I have yet to try all the features, but so far I love my new range! Please note this model does not have the blue light circles around the knobs. Maybe that’s a feature of electric models. I didn’t understand this, and called Samsung who cheerfully offered to send a tech out. I canceled that appointment after learning they were not supposed to light up. The clock was easy to set, and the digital numbers are blue. They look like fire from the stove, but I’m getting used to it. The stove looks okay at the end of the counter, even though it’s a slide-in. All in all, we are very pleased with our purchase!

This is our first gas stove and we are in our mid-sixties. We will enjoy cooking with our various cast iron equipment. I have even used the phone app to start, change the temperature, and turn the oven off. I do wish the smallest burner would be a bit lower to control a low simmer. I converted the gas stove to lp following the included instructions and watching a youtube video. We paid $235 to install the new gas line from the 120 gallon lp tank that we lease for $50 per year. Angel, a friendly Best Buy associate at Maple Grove, MN, did an excellent explaining the features of the stove. We purchased the stove on sale for $1,299 and I receive a 10% rewards offer at the time of purchase. There was also free delivery, yippee.

The burners perform well for everyday cooking, and having the grates even with each other and completely across makes it easy to swap full pots and pans around. Where this range really shines is the oven. All the functions work as expected, but with a huge amount of room for baking. You can cook an 18 pound turkey and at least two sides with room to spare!
