First range delivered had broken knob. Replacement range about 1/8 inch above countertop at lowest adjustment. Installer could not adjust any lower. .

Sharing your input about the range installation matters. Allow us to help.
We recommend that if you install the range in a kitchen island, you must maintain a minimum of 2 1/2 inches from the cutout to the back edge of the countertop and a minimum of 3 inches from the cutout to the side edges of the countertop.
If there are any gaps at the back and wall, you can use a filler kit.
Please refer to your user manual for more details regarding the clearance of the range. To pages 1 to 2, "Clearances and dimensions and Optional rear filler kit."

The controls are very sensitive to touch so need to lock stove when not in use. Performance is good.

I’m really impressed with this Samsung slide-in electric stove, especially for the price. It looks much more high-end than what I paid. The plastic-to-hod for turning inside the knob is fragile. Difficult to register the product to Samsung. Hard to set up WiFi from phone to range.

On 2/22/23 I purchased a Samsung range MDL #NE63T8111SS/AA. I choose this range on the appearance of the range because it looked like a built in. The range had a recall because the control knobs could accidently be moved and it could start a fire. I received a knob kit to stop that from happening,and that works. If the range was displayed witha knob kit on it in the store I would not have bought it because it looks crappy with the knob kit installed. A newer range has knobs with built in locks and loks good, don't know why they couldn't fix mine to look like that! I called Samsung and they said that the knob locks they sent worked and it was fixed. I made a complaint with BBB and they contacted Samsung and got the same response I got. So I am stuck with a range that looks bad. The only thing that is good about the knob locks is that when ever I look at range I am reminded not to buy Samsung produtcs.

It’s great. However two of the handles were broken upon arrival, because they’re made of cheap plastic. It’s been terrible trying to get replacements to the point I just ordered them off of Amazon and surprise they are metal and so much better.

This product is great. Looks good, sleek, WiFi option is definitely a plus. Tells you right on our phone if someone opens the door, when the oven is preheated. Its really a great stove

Love my new backless range. I would recommend this oven. Very sensitive controls. It is a smart one so a little confusing at first. Love making biscuits in it, they get so golden brown and tasty.
