Bought the tv and did an in store pickup up, when I saw the tv in person I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to carry inside the house by myself. The tv was extremely light and very easy to bring into the house. The setup was super easy. I saw a review stating the sound quality on the tv wasn’t the greatest, I have to disagree, the sound quality is excellent and very loud even at 14. I changed my sound quality from standard to amplify and sounds even better. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good quality tv, definitely worth the price!!!

I recently purchased the Samsung 65-inch TV and I couldn’t be happier with my decision! The colors are incredibly bright and vibrant—everything from movies to sports looks stunning in 4K. It really brings the picture to life, even in a well-lit room. Setup was a breeze—within minutes I had it out of the box, connected to Wi-Fi, and streaming my favorite apps. The interface is user-friendly, and the remote is simple but powerful. Samsung really nailed it with this model! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a high-quality TV with excellent visuals and hassle-free setup.

This is a very nice TV, nice color, easy to move very flat I love it and I am proud to recommend it to everyone. Try it you will love it.

We bought this TV last night, New Year's Eve to replace our 14 years old Mitsubishi DLP. Our old TV had developed these white dots all over the screen and was impossible to see anything if the scene was dark. MAN!!! We are so impressed and love this new TV! We got the same size as we had before, 65", but what a difference. And the Smart TV features and remote with all these features is something that we've not had in all these years! I love just playing with it and see what all is available on the Samsung channels as well as my usual streaming channels. Great buy from BESTBUY!

This TV is nice but keeps disconnecting from the Samsung apps while streaming. Nothing Samsung chat asks me to do seems to fix the issue.

I love the TV! It has a beautiful, clear picture and is easy to operate. My only complaint is that the stands that hold the TV are not level. I had GEEK squad out on the day it was delivered to adjust the right side that was crooked. Now the left side is tilting and I can’t get anyone to come out and adjust it for me. I can’t even get technical support to help me try to adjust it myself. The sales representative from Silverdale, Kolbe, that sold me the TV was amazing when I exchanged the previous purchase and sought help with the unleveled stand on the current purchase. However, it is unfortunate and completely impossible to speak with representatives from the store on the phone. I spent over an hour one day playing “pass the buck” and trying to get assistance. Basically, I am going to have to make a trip back to Silverdale for help. Under normal circumstances, this may seem like an easy solution, however, I rely on my daughters for transportation due to restrictions with my cancer so it isn’t very convenient.

It was time to replace my 65" TV and I knew I wanted to stay with Samsung. With so many to choose from it's important to understand you're not just paying for the screen. These TVs all have built in "computers" to manage the Home Screen and run all the streaming alls (Netflix, Disney+, etc). Higher price means that "computer" is faster. The launching and running of apps like MAX and Paramount+ are noticably slower when compared to a Fire Stick, but the picture and sound are excellent! Still worth 5 stars in my opinion.

The picture & features are great. The max. sound volume with internal speaker(s) is to low; however, it is connected to a sound bar. It replaced a 2017 model 55" Samsung Smart TV that was too small for comfortable viewing at the distance when relocated.
